There is no live music in Eurovision anymore. So only vocals are live. This song it’s lots of fun.
Like others have written, they don't play instruments live anymore. I think the most used reason is that they don't have time to accomodate every performance's aquirement in such a short time in between the acts. Imagine having to tune, plug in etc 36 different acts in the span of hours. Aaaalso, there has been some problems in the past where some contestants have showed up drunk/high/don't care live and, well... it doesn't go that well live. AND NOW MY LECTURE IS OVER. This song is so fun! Btw, if you want an seriously excellent keytar solo, check out Australia 2023, promise by voyager. They are a prog rock band! Unfortunately it’s a rule of Eurovision that instruments cannot be live only vocals are live.
