Mall Road | Darjeeling | Mall Market | Keventers | Glenarys

After reaching our hotel at Darjeeling our team freshened up and left for the Mall Market. Mall market is a popular destination for tourist visiting Darjeeling. It was around 4pm we walked towards the market. Last time I was here was in the year 1996. I hardly remember anything, but surely it wasn’t this congested. We tried softy 🍦 (cone ice cream ) at Keventers which was just super smooth which melt in your mouth after that we resumed walking towards the Mall Market with a brief pause at Glenarys. Established on 1885 during British India now it is owned by Edward’s family of Darjeeling. Overall experience was great as we just landed at Bagdogra from Kolkata and reached Darjeeling via cab. It was 44˚C temperature just the previous day in Kolkata.
To do list in Mall Road/Mall Market, Darjeeling:-
1. Try softy Ice cream at Keventers.
2. Also try the breakfast at Keventers.
3. Visit Glennarys Bakery. Select what you like. Plenty of options
4. Try world famous Darjeeling tea at Goldentips Tea lounge.
5. Visit the Mahakal Mandir
6. Buy souvenir from Darjeeling.
