Been playing a whole lot of Overwatch 2 recently and it's always a pleasure when a new short gets released. The music from the Kiriko short was nothing short of stunning and I really wanted to create a piano and string arrangement of it. I hope you guys enjoy this and let me know who you're maining on Overwatch!

I lost my grandmother last year, in April. Not long after, I heard this music in the short, and those words 'Your grandma would be so proud of you'. I wept, because I believed it. Now, I can sit here, listen to this beautiful music, and every day carry her memories in my heart. Thank you so very, very much for sharing this with us. Literally every search I did for the BGM in the short only turned up the rap and while I think the song was cool, the piano is really what got to me.
It felt like an homage to the strings in Miyazaki films and I fucking love that.
The piano score is so integral to why this short is so moving. Thank you for this perfect version. You've captured it beautifully.

When you remember the good times you had with Overwatch and had respect for Blizzard
this paired with the animated short was perfect
I may find particular enjoyment in ribbing Blizzard for their questionable business choices, and while I've long since quit the game, I cannot in good faith deny the actual creatives, artists, and composers have a passion for their work that shows through in what they create.
This song reminds me at times of "Homura", the ending theme of Demon Slayer: Mugen Train, and a little bit of "Seigi Shikkou", A.K.A. Saitama's Theme from One Punch Man. It's really emotional but also has that motivational feel
