Those advice are very good but not even for calorie deficit also for better eating habits in general

Since eating my veggies and fruits first it’s made a world of difference.
I have 3 children & when I cook for them it looks so good & that’s where my downfall happens lol😭

pushing my breakfast back by a few hours has really helped! i can manage my hunger in the morning better, so if i eat at 11, then have lunch at 2-3, and have dinner at around 6, leaves less time for snacking in the evening which is when my cravings kick in

I can use both of my arms to lift it up and put it in deep for at least 5 sets with each set consisting of 12 reps

🙏🏽 If your caloric intake is 2000 calories per day - how do you know when to start decreasing calories and by how much 🤔
Try 10% - if you don’t feel severely hungry and you can stick to it for more than 2 weeks then you can potentially adjust

Use a tdee calculator it will tell you your maintenance calories so if yours is 2000 maintenance going down to 1500 would make you lose a pound of fat a week or you could gradually decrease to 1800 and slower weight loss
