Just a heads up a not bad place to farm gold without special enemies is when you come back to hellena you can keep fighting guards earn 30 or more pieces of gold per fight as well then can drop a morning star which you can sell for 125 it's a good place to farm for disc 1
PS4 player, so got that rewind feature. Can confirm with a Bandit ring from Drake in Shirley Shrine. Trying to get a pin from Crystal golems is a nightmare, so wait until Kazas opens and fight the 00Parts on the space between kazas and where Helena used to be. It’s how I got 2 Ultimate Wargods at the start of Disc 2.(Wanted healing Winds just in case…) You get 600 gold and a Spirit potion per kill.(Use Shana with Wargod Amulet and Longbow, and feed her the Spirit Potions in non parts battles) Shana is actually useful in Lucky map battles, as 00Parts has only 4 Hp. Haschel with the Bandit ring is super fast, and can easily use the Signet stone if you get the first attack. Sometimes Parts kills someone and flees immediately(Got a game over by that in 10 minutes on Ps1 version 🤮)
yeah, having that rewind is basically a save state as most people will use them in this game, so the ps4/ps5 version of the game is almost like an emulated version for what you can do with it, and I hear they fixed the bugs too, so that's a big plus!
I forgot what item it is, but it's a repeating item (which means you never run out but can use it only once per battle). What it does is paralyze 00PARTS for like two or three turns. very helpful
Well thanks! I think I'm a little late to the party to pick up a lot of views. The way UA-cam's search algorithms work, the videos with the most views already are recommended over ones with less views. I've heard more established let's players talk about the fact that they don't know how anyone is able to make it big anymore. Traditional let's plays aren't particularly popular to begin with. I'd like to get some more views, but more than that, I'd like to get more people talking about the games I play or asking questions about them. Either way, I'm just glad I'm not talking to myself. :)
If you make a save state on the psx emulator, it will show the slus number in addition to the save state number. Plug that slus number into google and it should tell you which version of the rom you have. As for the bios, that will be a bin file that should also have a number. You should be able to google that as well to confirm if the bios is NA, PAL, or JP. As far as the program itself or the app, just google that and find the original website for the program and it will be able to tell you what languages the software operates on. I don't know what you are running so checking it out and comparing it to your own files would be the best way to check.

@@theartist8189 Ultimate wargods aren't really needed if you are even half decent at additions. You can skip grinding and just play through and if you know some strategies, like some that I've shown in the LP or I'm sure there are better ones out there too, then you should be fine making it through without those items. With regards to gameshark, sorry I don't know anything about codes for that.
I can't remember off the top of my head, it's been too long since I made the LP. You can check gamefaqs or it will be included in the LP somewhere as I show off how to get all of the treasures in the game.
I would love to see it, but I doubt Sony is looking to remaster or remake a one off RPG from the late 90s when they have so many other IPs that made them money more recently.
If you are asking if you can run an emulator on ps2, I don't know. but you should be able to play this game on ps2 directly, it was backwards compatible. If you are asking if this game will work on a ps2 emulator, I haven't tried, so I'm not sure.
You can use the same methods for drops from other enemies as well. The only thing to keep in mind is if the item you want to drop is very rare, it will be a lot more difficult to get it to drop, even using this method. You will still need patience.

I found one, which I'm happy with, it was the 5th action in the fight. (A full maxed final addition by Kongol was killing blow) I am running the game on a ps3 so no emulator and no save states for me. Just wondering what processes have worked to get the drop.
I can't recall if I've gone out of my way to try and get more of them. But from what I can remember years later, each situation would be different, so I'm guessing the drop table is determined by RNG. Therefore, in order to find something that would work, you would need to know the required RNG value and then manipulate things so that you got that RNG value. I'd look into speed running communities as they tend to know a lot more about how to manipulate RNG than I do.
I'm the same. I've watched though DBZ 3 times all the way through. Though all of those times were when I was younger and had a lot more free time. I haven't rewatched anything recently because there is far too much new anime coming out that I want to check out.

But something else drew me in and I can't really put my finger on it. After the hoopla about Goblin Slayer I watched the first episode to see what everyone was talking about. I didn't hate it, but it wasn't what I was looking for at the time so I didn't watch anymore. I've been considering going back to finish it, but too many other shows keep coming up! lol
@@bronysaiyan5236 I've seen a lot of anime and constantly seeing super pure good guys does get boring from time to time. That's why I appreciate a morally ambiguous character like Naofumi. It's the same reason I liked Velvet in Tales of Bersaria. Protagonists don't always have to be perfect. Having more flawed characters that have a point or a good reason why they have flaws makes for a more relatable character a lot of the time.
+Eu Jie Teoh You can get one from Drake here on disc 1 and the only other enemy that drops one is the Gangster on disc 2. If you're using an emulator, you can use the methods that I outlined near the end of the video to try and get it to drop. If you aren't using an emulator, You can try saving and resetting if it just wont drop. Sometimes that can seem to help. Unfortunately, it's random whether it drops or not, so more attempts will lead to a better change of getting it. Unfortunately, I don't have much more to offer than that. Good luck. :)
That's nuts. I don't think I've ever had to try that hard to get those rings to drop. I'd just move on. Considering the amount of leveling you've done, you shouldn't have too many issues in battles even without the ring.
One thing you can do is go to home of giganto, one guy has a 10% drop rate for bandit ring. Another guy has I think a 10% drop rate for sachet. Sachet always deals 10 damage. Go right outside of the home and you can farm exp birds
The drop rate for the sachet is nowhere near 10%. I've intentionally tried to farm this item from Piggies on multiple occasions, plus all the times I would normally encounter them over 4-5 playthroughs and I've NEVER gotten even one from them. According to multiple guides, piggies do actually drop sachets, but the drop rate must be incredibly low. I should also mention that the birds outside, the blue bird, is actually outside of the Valley of Corrupted Gravity, not inbetween the two. And if by some miracle, you get a sachet to drop from a piggy, then I would save it for later use on some of the more difficult to kill special enemies.

I think it was PSX 1.16. I've already mentioned that it's the North American version of the BIOS. No plugins and there are basically no config options on this emulator other than resolution.
Didn't get what i wanted, but here it is: Team: Dart, Shana, Haschel. The special monster(00parts) have avoidance rate of physical attack 50%, so you have to have 150% accuracy to always hit it and the best char for that is Shana (basic hit rate 120%+wargod's amulet(20%)+long bow from kazas(10%)-not necessary ) and that makes perfect hit ALWAYS, as for Dart and Hashel on this monster farm party sallet is optional for both and 2nd Wargod's amulet for Dart if we have Bandit's ring from Drake the Bandit boss on Hashel, if not, then Hashel is better with Wargod's amulet. Well in any case the must have item is Magic sig stone AND here comes a major part of this: Charm Potions, as many as possible to buy from town of lohan. The key in always winning is to use Magic sig. Stone on first turn when available, then use charm potions on all alive party members asap, then the monster just can't attack(and when he can't attack, he can't use his instant death skill and can't run away) then just hit him to collect 600 gold AND the only way to loose the fight is when any character of a party is used 3 turns and didn't finish the monster(if that happens, use charm potion again on 3rd turn if you don't want to try your luck and if it's not Shana) :). I searched on internet this trick, but never found anywhere mentioning this by easily farming this monster. This method of farming is very effective time wise, if i have a turn against this monster, i always win. Tell me if you found this and give me a link.

heyy i hv got a problem with this damn monster when im fighting with him screen said cant combat and then that damn monster kill my combat and run away !! i hvnt got any chance to do any thing even single attack!! i re fighting but it hv alway been the SAME im really frustrated and even wanna blow that damn monster up more but i cant jeeezzzz son of bitch how can i kill them all i ll wipe up all the map and root them out
+jackMultimedia Sometimes he gets the first attack in and you don't get a choice in the matter. Try zoning in and out of the area and then find him again. He doesn't always do it, but he is fast and so he can do it semi-often.
As far as I know, level has nothing to do with the encounter rate.You do need to be on that one line that I show in the video to encounter him though. If you pass over the larger dots that indicate a change in the road's direction, you wont be able to run into him. He is only on that one line.
