    Thank you so much Ryu SooYoung . I use this sauce to make bibimbap and eating with konjac noodles and making fried rice. I can make with so many dishes for me . It's delicious 🤤

    I like that he uses in-season ingredients. In-season cabbages are especially delicious no matter what kind. To anyone reading this, I recommend you research local vegetables and fruits from your country and area and when they're in season to use in your recipes.

      how's the chili powder? is it too spicy?? i'm used to using gochujang but i'm afraid to pour in chili powder cause it might be too spicy😆

      @@galexoo it super spicy if you can’t handle spicy foods. Personally I never use chili powder, only gochujang is enough to kill me 😂

      A lot of chilli powders have. Milder/building spice compared to gochujang. It’s a good idea to use it

      The spice level depends on the brand u use really. Also how much you use. The finer powder is actually a little less spicy most of the time cuz you actually end up using a tad less.

      Spring cabbage (봄동) it’s more tender and more sweet than regular cabbage. It’s only available in Korean markets for a short time during the spring.
