They no longer think they have to follow the constitution. So they do what they want unless enough people complain. Lawyer up and sue them in court to make them follow the law.. bit they've also learned to keep appealing until the people run out of money or it gets to the Supreme Court. The admin has threatened the Court in violation of Federal law but the top law enforcement turns a blind eye to illegality foisted on the admins opposition. But they will use any and al tactics if the political opposition comes at them to stop their illegality or try to change laws through legal processes..
If this is not stopped this election cycle. America will fall to full blown tyrannical socialism or marxism.. at that point only a civil war to oust the treasonous leaders will be a remedy to return to a constitutional Republic. We are not a simple democracy where majority rules all things. The Founding fathers set certain process to assure some majority rule is not the real democrats political process. We are a united group of sovereign states where most of the public/political processes were to take place and the citizens therefore decided what laws. The federal level was reserved for the truly national interests.. the primary of national defense. Education is not a national one size fits all and should be left to states to manage at the local level by citizens who what a particular education process. The simple example is the isolated towns that citizens pooled their money, hired a teacher and said what they wanted the teacher to teach the kids that parents couldn't but wanted kids to learn.. school hours were set based on the farming needs of the town folk not living in the town and who likely owned the businesses there.

@@tc3628 that's not quite correct. Congress set up the ag department and over the course of time its bureaucracy developed, the money apportioned to them by congress to states was with strings attached to get compliance to programs they want implemented. The Supreme Court held up the validity of enforcement of those provisions if the farmers or ranchers wanted those funds to use.. you don't get any government money unless for contracts you signed .. guess what, you must comply or face the contractual consequences.. usually quite painful .. if you don't participate, you are not required to follow.. but the state will come after you because they have to get a certain level of compliance/participation to get the funds for their use.. hence YOU have to sue them to maintain your rights.. how many can afford that? The politicians and bureaucrats have kept pushing their intrusion to this level of tyranny.. we let them do it to us..

We had that garden to feed the family because we couldn't go into town and buy food just whenever, and didn't have the money either. 10 years ago there was a "paper" going around, saying to report anyone who used wood for heat. Seeing as most of us use wood for 50 percent, if not 100 percent of heat, we all tore up these "papers" . Haven't heard a thing since. Most of us garden too.

I'm in America they use drone technology in some areas to send you a fine or a tax. in some areas they find you and keep finding you until you remove the problem and in other areas they tax you if it's on your land. they just haven't figured out how to get in people's buildings yet to tax more. one lady down the road in a small town goes to different places to get inside to see what they have so they can tax for life more money more money and more money. one guy was smart he wouldn't let the woman Inside and the woman had a camera around her neck recording everything. the woman from the town was a slick talker she tried and tried to get into this building even struck up a conversation when she saw one old car out in front of his house about old cars how nice that was. but he was a smart man and knew it wasn't such a good idea for her working for the town to go in his personal building he knew what she was all about he was smart and he didn't let her in the building he finally told her without a search warrant you can't come in.

@@efandmk3382 I think their reasoning behind it is that they don’t want a bunch of trailer parks or tiny homes attracting more poor people to the area. They have been making law after law to discourage mobile homes for years, such as not allowing any mobile home over 10 years old to be moved inside the county, requiring a minimum of one full acre of land for mobile homes, (another nearby county requires TWO), no longer allowing new singlewides unless they are replacing an existing older one, etc. Gotta protect those property values for the wealthy who moved here for the lake. 😡
It’s really unfortunate for people like those of us who grew up here. My family has lived in this county for over 100 years and my grandparents and great grandparents owned a combined 200+ acres around the county, but now they don’t want us because we aren’t millionaires. Too bad we didn’t inherit any of that land. Instead, we got the privilege of those in the family who did inherit it being taxed to the point they had to sell it because they couldn’t afford $10,000 per year in property tax.

We make pretty good money. It’s just that rent and home prices have gone completely insane here and the cost of living has gone through the roof for everyone. Thankfully, we live quite simply and under our means, but we can’t move to a better home with more land because it’s simply unaffordable, and it’s hard to grow enough food for our family on the 1/3 acre we have. I do my best with raised beds, but I’m worried that if the economy tanks a lot worse and we lose our jobs that it won’t be enough. Can’t grow all our food like some people did during the Great Depression.

here's something you can do if you live in a fixed tiny home like he does or a basic home just don't get caught their liable to tax you!. you can pipe tubing in the ground. I think the deeper you go underground the cooler it gets. run pipe in and out of the ground and back into your house with a fan on one side pulling the cool air out you got cool air conditioning in the summer.. both the intake and the exhaust pipe should be in your house with the fan pulling the air out of the tube and with the ground being cool underneath just like an enclosed basement it's always cool underground it's a natural cooler. I have one of the rigid lithium powered 18 volt fans that works pretty good in the summer. I use it in my vehicle when I drift in neutral and shut the motor off. I use this rigid fan to blow on me when the engine is shut off and I'm drifting and neutral it definitely helps on fuel mileage. don't try this because you can crash wreck and die I'm a trained professional. I say this because everyone is suing everyone just like the gun manufacturer that was sued for making guns that allegedly killed someone. I can't Believe TV news media it's all hearsay with no references or no one that I know that I can question to confirm anything is true.

The idea has been proposed many times, but always rejected. It's a local opposition problem: Where do you put the sheds? No-one wants hundreds of poverty-stricken people living down the road - and from a community with an above-average rate of mental health problems and substance abuse too. No city wants a mass of people who can't afford to pay tax. No, city governments already have a much more practical solution for homelessness: Make them miserable. deprive them of services, send the police to harass and arrest them. Change the benches to slope so that they are impossible to sleep on, and add spikes to the top of walls. Eventually you can punish the homeless enough that they pack up their few possessions and go to be homeless in another city. Problem solved.

44 declared that new woodstoves vertain EPA regulations must be met in order for it to be sold. Over in Eruope in 2022 because of the natural gas pipelines being shutoff, more and more people switched to wood stoves to the point new people can't even find one now because they're sold out. Other reports say that people are searching for wood for their wood burning needs to the point that they're illegally sneaking into wooded areas and "stealing" wood to burn.
But there is also a huge global push to limit your "carbon footprint" which nations like China then implement a "social credit system" where if you over-use carbon based things, you lose the right to purchase certain things such as food, electricity, transportation, etc.
Humans and animals are also carbon. Just something to consider....

Forcing $15,000-20,000 new roof, and derating life of new shingles to 10 years. If you pay off the loan, don't have to have insurance, but can't get just fire, theft, liability policy without expensive storm and wind coverage. If you cant get the required insurance, banks can force crap insurance that costs $1,000 or more a month. So much for young folks buying a house that needs work to fix because they can't get insurance. Only investors and builders can afford to carry cost, and sell for profit ir ridiculous rent.

I live in District #1 in California the largest district in California. I'm a 1/2 hour from downtown Reno NV I live in rural and mountain areas. Our electric company is co-op. That means we the customers own 1/2 of the company. During the rolling blackouts, it never happened here and it never does. It was extremely 🔥 hot in August my electric bill was $176 that's using a window air conditioner and a fan to help push the cool air around. I live in a 900 square ft mobile home. It's 50 years old. It needs a little work but I and my daughter are getting it done. Gavin Gruesome has no control of the people way up here in this area. We have 1 Senator and 1 Representative for 11 counties. It's like a little TX. Our sheriffs tell us, "Don't leave home without your firearm." Their reason is, is because they can't get to us in time. That's what they tell us. We have the lowest crime rate in this district. Unless you're a felon now the sheriffs won't tell you that. We don't have 5G here just the 4G lite and we have good reception. The tower is 2 miles from where I live. They only have 2 code enforcement officers. Gavin Gruesome won't do a damn thing for us I think that's why the jerk doesn't say anything about what we do way up here. We think he hates us up here. Probably because we have constitutional sheriffs that won't put up with his gun-grabbing shit. It is our sheriffs who are our next line of defense and folks you need to remember that. They can come in and arrest a damn fed. This district is all RED. 😃 So it's not bad here. We do have a fire department and a "Care Flight Chopper" too. It's nice to be left alone. 👍🏻

Do it quickly and quietly . underground seems like the best option. Make smokeless fires and modify stoves to do the same .invest in blankets and water storage.

@@Rebecca-1111 what states have the drought problem? I thought the states that had the drought problem or in the middle of America and on the west coast mostly. but I'm aware of how things are controlled and there can be a drought at any time with weather manipulation and directed energy.

I lived in Arizona way back when, 30 - 40 years ago. My husband and I were looking at some property and we were informed (way back then) that when we drilled our water well, that Salt River utilities would come and put a meter on it. That way they could get paid for their water. They own all rights to water and minerals. If you found a gold mine it's not yours. Nice. We didn't buy.

You make great points. Your problem sir, is you speak with common sense, and that scares people in any sort of authority. Case in point, how many towns ban the collection of rain water. How dare you to think for yourselves.

    Sod them.

As for banning tiny homes due to not meeting code. Part of the issue is you might know what's wrong with it, but if you sell it, or pass it on someone is getting a mess. When it comes to plumbing, unless you have a RPZ unit isolating you from the neighborhood water supply, bad plumbing can put your neighbors health at risk, or and I saw it happen once on a security video, a poorly installed gas water heater launched like a rocket out of a man's house and smashed into his neighbors car. There are reasons, but some codes and especially home owners associations are ridiculous. A poorly constructed tiny home can unfortunately lower the neighborhood property value, adversely affecting others.

This is why we need to become state Nationals. Then we get our property under an allodial title and they no longer have jurisdiction over you or your property. We are still under the corporation's rule. We have to free ourselves from this system.

Local/State governments cannot stop you from gardening, this has been tried and affirmed numerous times in court. HOA’s can limit what is clearly visible from public property - a privacy fence or placing it in the backyard will fix that. If they continue to give you a headache, hire a lawyer.

We have a bylaw here that will not let people hang clothes on a line outside their homes.....but lower your electric use they tell us.....we drive electric bikes....as we tend to stay within our city...when we are out our ac is not on in our home.....it gets turned on when we get back home if it is overly hot...or we just open the windows....sadly at night windows have to be closed as we live on the bottom floor of a building and my husband works night...open windows are not safe for our son or I.....just when I think we are doing our part they ask for more and more....they take and we give....when do we say no....They are no different then a child that keeps asking for things and we keep giving it to them....it is up to say to say no.

It will only get worse. The ultimate goal of government is to have complete control of the population. That's why there will soon be a cashless economy. There will be no "cash flow". Direct deposit was one of the first steps implemented to begin the process under the guise of efficiency and less waste. If we don't fall into lockstep, they'll just stop payments into your account. We might be able to barter trade for a little while, but that will soon dry up also. Whoever controls the food, water and commerce controls the people. But if people will turn back to God, perhaps there will be a reprieve for a short time. Scripture tells us what the ultimate end will be.

I would like to add that you should be proud of yourself for building your tiny home. May I express that metal roofs/siding are not the greatest from the spiritual aspect as it reflects the sun's healing energy from penetrating the home. May sound woowoo, energy within all things is certainly real. People don't throw away seeds that have "expired", often they are still good.
