Some games have it set to where you can't do that. Especially fan Made games. You have to literally sit the time and wait. 😂 I was told you could do it for the training room mission or whatever, but that outcome was already coded in the game. This side quest was more so a foreshadow imo. I'm pretty sure there will be an update for it one day or it'll just be added to the new games at some point.
I just realized that the reason why I loved this game is because the character and world building is amazing. I remember hearing about Gary the poisoner, but I didn’t think he was a real NPC, yet here he is. Impeccable.
I'm slightly saddened that it's become an achievement for modern games to have npcs be real In something like oblivion the npc would not only be real but you'd be able to follow them to their little bandit shack out in the wilderness
@@troncrash7 ya, oblivion had some next level AI systems that even Todd Howard himself said they had to tone down in some aspects ( for one with enemies in dungeons because apparently the AI would make them loot all the epic items from the dungeon before the player even showed up making the fights much much harder) but ya it sucks that for skyrim they toned the AI down to the point where enemies just line up to be killed rather than doing whatever they can to stay alive including drink potions.
Reminds me of the ProZD sketch with the villain who tries to do bad stuff but it always ends up helping people. "I've poisoned the water supply" "Oh thanks man, it was actually full of vitamins that were really good for you, just caused mild diarrhea and it helped us find flaws in our system and locate a security guard who was embezzling money"
Isint the word you are looking for updates or do you want to continue to destroy the industry by enabling it to take more money from you for shit that was supposed to be free anyway? Reminder that you paid 60 dollaridoos.
@@BeeTriggerBee DLC's are an option though. if you don't wanna do them you don't have to and all the DLC's i've downloaded on games in the past were free. they came as a bonus with the games

Considering there are 3 full-length feature films in this game you can watch with weird improve commercial breaks on your house tv, this wouldn't surprise me if this was real.

ingame clock keeps track meaning it will be probably synchronized to your pc time since the game is not running the whole 10 years so you might just change the time on your computer and try it again

Basically a lot of the NPCs are like this. The shows are funny on the TV in Blim City, like Prank callers, the guys always breaking character.
