  • I’m a huge fan of Slackline training as part of my balance training for obstacle sports. It has tremendous benefits beyond just balance improvements
    ⏺ core strength
    ⏺ joint stability
    ⏺ reaction training
    Although most ninja competitions no longer include Slacklines because of the slower times and high failure rates… that’s why they are grey for practice work for balance improvement.
