Software developer here: UX is short for User Experience. It goes with the UI (User Interface) but is more about how the User interacts with the software (game in this case). For example: How the menu is sorted (which button next to which other button and so on) So in short: you got it about right, it is about the menus
Just speculating about the housing situation upgrade, but maybe only one of the players needs to upgrade the entire house? Then players can come togheter to collect the resources to achieved that. (again just a speculation) Either way, I hope there is a way to upgrade the house, If not, customize it in some way.
ok so is now a good time to get into the game??? I have been wanting it since Nov but I heard the main storyline was unfinished. Is that still the case?
If you're looking for the game to be 100% done, then i'd say not yet! there's still some features missing or not fully fleshed out. e.g. I believe having kids with your spouse isn't there yet or pets for example aren't completely finished yet. but the main story line has been expanded quite a bit so if you wanted to play some more from where you were, i'd say in about a months time or so when this update actually fully drops into game, yes you'd be good to get some more good gameplay out of it hope that helps!
I am very interested and excited about the 1.1 update as well as have a few thoughts/questions. One thing I am curious is if we will have the ability to upgrade our wand and/or be able to create a device for light similar to how we have sprinklers on land. Also, while the devs will most likely have waypoints form land and ocean farm one thing I would like to see at some point is a way to access our various chests while underwater. Overall, I am excited and might see if I can try the 1.1 beta update on May 20th.
