Thanks for showing the 'flag' type connector. I was worried they wouldn't be compatible with the Foredom if I wanted to switch/interchange handpieces. I did find this before but had to watch several videos.
So the 6mm does take 1/4"? Cause that is only .236". I just purchased one and it is on the way. There weren't many to choose from that specced 6.5mm. If I had known that the ones specced 6mm would take 1/4" it would have been easier.
Thanks Tom I like it so far. I’m currently uploading another video with the setup I came up with. Check it out when you get time. Thanks for all the feedback and support I really appreciate it.
Hey mate, thinkin of getting one of these myself - you still happy with it a year on? Also - any chance you found a 90 degree handle attachment for this that take 6mm bits?
Yes I’m very happy with it. I did find a 90* but it only holds 3mm bits. I also have a video on the tools I use to port check it out. Thanks for watching
I bought the exact same unit close to 2 years ago and have run the heck out of it. I am very happy and impressed with the quality and ease of use. It has stood up to 6mm carving bits on all forms of timber. I live in Australia so use a lot of very hard wood. Surprisingly I have never snapped the flex shaft even when using the Kutzall Extreme bits hard on blue gum and red gum, which are very hard and dull tools quickly. I believe that Foredom allowed Vevor to use their product to create the Vevor unit. I may be wrong on this but that’s what I heard.

theres no 90 degree handpiece that hold 6mm bits 😅 i have never seen it in my life. only for 3mm
There are ones that hold larger 6mm bits but they are pneumatic, i have seen one for the foredom though@@kingboymachine7329
