How to Laser Engrave an Acrylic Night Light- easy Money $$ with your Thunder Laser

  • Acrylic Nightlights are a GREAT project to hone your skills and add to your business. They can be designed quickly and are great for personalization. I'll show you in this video how to make a nightlight from start to finish using an LED base, even if your material is too big for the slot you need to fit.

    My settings for this project on my Thunder Laser Nova 24 60 Watt Laser were:
    Cut - Speed 9 Power 75
    Engrave for Design - Speed 450 Power 20 line interval .074
    Engrave for Base - Speed 450 Power 20 line interval .074 (probably not necessary) 14 passes!
