Jag, I have successfully used diluted butter milk (lassi) as Insecticide. In fact, I had some milk that got spoilt and I diluted this with water to spray on leaves infected by white flies - worked well.

Blob Fish i had the same doubt..he mentions in the video to take the stem and leaves but do leave 5 to 6 inches of stem in the ground..more leaves will keep growing... 👍

Yes, plant, there are many ways to use mustard leaves and you can even grow mustard as microgreens.
