This song really drew my attention to Alanis Morissette. Great song! When I saw her video for "Ironic" in 1995 and the reports about her. I thought she came from punk/grunge and had become mainstream. And as a punk I wasn't really interested. And because I was too lazy as a German to translate the lyrics, it took me 10 years to discover her music. I only found out now that she had made pop before that.😅😇 greetings from germany
OH HEAVEN YES!!! ☺ I've never heard this Wonderfully Wonderous song ☆melts☆ There's only 1 thing wrong with Alanis Morissette, she is in love with someone else. That sux!! 😔
It was that one song that made her controversial, but it was also the song that got her noticed and played on the radio. (Even if they bleeped out some words...lol). You outta know got this musical genius noticed.
Without, any shame is the greatest feeling to have, when you know who you are, without any regrets. You,loved, you lost. You hope for Love, you once had to rekindled. Time and patience is what is needed . If, Love, true love is pure . They will find a way. No one said it would be easy. Love does not care about religion or ethnicity. When you love someone true,it is the utmost bliss to be as one.vYou,truly feel it in your heart and, soul. Love is Love💕
This song came out when I was a teenager, and I was a big fan of it. Now here I am, fully grown in my mid-30's, on borderline tears listening to this song for the first time in several years. This song hits HARD when you've lived life a little, let me tell you.
Same! Had a conversation with someone I love yesterday and it was basically this entire song in a nutshell. Man does it land like a ton of bricks in the best way. ❤
this song and this video brings me some childhood memories... I used to listen to it with my dad when I was 5 years old. I completely forgot about it and now I finally remembered this beautiful song. I love you, dad. Thank you, Alanis.
I love how playful this video is. The lyrics are amazing. Beauty in everything in this song and video. It's a story of unconditional love. Thinking the road is a metaphor of our life. We are all walking on this journey together.
Morissette loved the song "Bonito" by Jarabe de Palo, so she asked Pau Donés (vocalist) to compose one for her, aaaaand this is it. That's why the videoclips are so alike. Additionally, Pau appears many times here.
He didn't compose the song "Everything", Alanis wrote it. She just used his band's video for "Bonita" as the inspiration for the video for "Everything".
alongside Janis Joplin, Patti Smith, Joni Mitchell, Sinead O'Connor and few others - Alanis is one of the most distinctive popular female singers of all-time. I like all quality of her uniqueness..
If you want to talk about iconic singers, lets not forget Billie Holiday, Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross, Dionne Warwick, Tina Turner, and Whitney Houston
Two of the greatest love songs ever written, in my opinion, Everything and Head over feet. Sure, there are more heartbreaking songs out there, but none better than those two, when it comes to unconditional love.
Bonjour, s'il vous plaît pouvez-vous m'expliquer le sens des paroles de la chanson, j'adore, mais je ne comprends pas les paroles, et en traduction ça n'explique pas le sens de la chanson, Merci beaucoup par avance
You are a star shining in the dark. If only we met at the right time. It wasnt meant to be but I can feel your energy. You are amazing to spread it to others.
This song is still so beautiful and gives me chills. I can't wait to see her in concert for the 20 years of Jagged Little Pill, hopefully the concert won't be postponed again.
I believe I see this angel in every Aspect of the landscape in geography..she makes me beautiful inside..everytime.i wonder if she uses the elements of belief to make ideas?
Remember this song playing all day long on the radio in 2002. I was 9 years old, with my parents on vacation by the German Ocean. Everything seems to be so easy to me, so simple and everything will be okay. Childhood is such an amazing space to find out how pretty the world is and how simple life really is if you doing things which are really meant for you. I really love this song, it gives me a little bit of childhood feeling in its most sensitive way.
I dedicate this to my very loving, patient and understanding husband. Women, men, go thank your significant others, cuz we all know we are assholes sometimes.❤

Ein wunderschöner Song
Just discovered this song in 2024 thanks to Pandora...wow. Is there nothing this woman cannot do? Stunning music and amazing lyrics.
SUES CANDENCE PANDORA E BIDEN ADORA #
One of the best songs ever written. Anthemic… 🤘
I love this woman. Great song and a great voice.
En lágrimas por la partida de Pau, gracias por regalarnos tu arte.
El gran Pau Dones, una gran pérdida, Dios te tenga en su gloria
so cool and so beutiful even now in 2022, i love her
This song really drew my attention to Alanis Morissette. Great song! When I saw her video for "Ironic" in 1995 and the reports about her. I thought she came from punk/grunge and had become mainstream. And as a punk I wasn't really interested. And because I was too lazy as a German to translate the lyrics, it took me 10 years to discover her music. I only found out now that she had made pop before that.😅😇
greetings from germany
This was my song with my love who passed away in 2017. It truly represented our relationship. I love you Kathy 1967-2017. You are an angel now.
OH HEAVEN YES!!! ☺ I've never heard this Wonderfully Wonderous song ☆melts☆ There's only 1 thing wrong with Alanis Morissette, she is in love with someone else. That sux!! 😔
I loved that song before I lost my husband, but the way it hits now.... just tears...
Hugs ❤ x x x
Listening to this song makes me realize how much I miss hearing her daily when I turn on the radio. Such intelligent and beautiful songwriting.
You have always spired me so much Beautiful Soul….. thank you so much! 🦋🙏💗🌈🌟🐝🌍💫🌹😇
In the early 90's her music was controversial but still went mainstream because the music was really good. Still is.
It was that one song that made her controversial, but it was also the song that got her noticed and played on the radio. (Even if they bleeped out some words...lol). You outta know got this musical genius noticed.
You are amazing and have no idea what your music has done for people. You are one of a kind.
This song hits HARD when you've lived life a little, let me tell you.
same!
Same, I heard this for the first time when my elder brother brought it in a pen- drive... I too was only five then....
I've seen you from the beginning and I'm still here. Love you......
Additionally, Pau appears many times here.
omg!!! i thought this was a joke so i went and watched bonito, then came back and rewatched this… my mind is blown! 🙈
Si es el vocalista de Jarabe De Palo ,,,, y el chico que la besa aparecio en otro video Crazy
He is the one that cuts her hair
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Everything_(Alanis_Morissette_song) Written and recorded by Alanis.
He didn't compose the song "Everything", Alanis wrote it. She just used his band's video for "Bonita" as the inspiration for the video for "Everything".
Wow the smiles and lyrics are so joyful.
alongside Janis Joplin, Patti Smith, Joni Mitchell, Sinead O'Connor and few others - Alanis is one of the most distinctive popular female singers of all-time. I like all quality of her uniqueness..

Alanis is better than them. She writes her songs. She's a song writer.
Absolutely! Of course there is somebody exceptionally talented like Tracy Chapman too!
@@susanbaumgaertner9336 I don't know about Janis, but Joni, Patti, and Sinead write their own songs.
If you want to talk about iconic singers, lets not forget Billie Holiday, Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross, Dionne Warwick, Tina Turner, and Whitney Houston
Adoro a Energia boa que emana dessa mulher.
Parabéns pelo seu momento.
Man I just got done watching clarks 2 and now I'm here crying 😭 love you alanis ❤
How much positivity she puts into her songs and her smiles. Pure air to breathe.
Pau dones ❤️ bonito , todo me parece bonito ❤️
Thank you this song help me calm down.
Two of the greatest love songs ever written, in my opinion, Everything and Head over feet. Sure, there are more heartbreaking songs out there, but none better than those two, when it comes to unconditional love.
Agreed. I got married to Head over Feet. Love that song!
She's such a beautiful soul, and this proves it!!!
Favorite song & video from Alanis. The outside world is so removed when listening
What profound lyrics! For the ones who understands them 💕👍🔥
Bonjour, s'il vous plaît pouvez-vous m'expliquer le sens des paroles de la chanson, j'adore, mais je ne comprends pas les paroles, et en traduction ça n'explique pas le sens de la chanson, Merci beaucoup par avance
A companion piece to Thank You
You are a star shining in the dark. If only we met at the right time. It wasnt meant to be but I can feel your energy. You are amazing to spread it to others.
I love this song by Alanis !!! What a gifted woman !!! ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
Best song in her entire repertoire. Simply beautiful, the openness and soul.
Better than ironic?????
@@larrymack2879 tons of her songs are better than ironic imo, ironic is just really "catchy"
Better than uninvited? 😊
@@marianekapaz It's a toss-up. :)
such a beautiful person ... a soulmate
This song is still so beautiful and gives me chills. I can't wait to see her in concert for the 20 years of Jagged Little Pill, hopefully the concert won't be postponed again.
Such a lyrically-rich and amazing song! Have loved and related to Alanis for years! And I'm still here...
Toujours .. à l'écoute des chefs d'œuvres de alannis des années 90 's ! ..
Hey Alanis , yes i like your song "everything" your video is even better. have a nice day.
