J3 Cubs do not have flaps either military or civilian, however Super Cubs do have flaps.

Seagull used all the Hangar 9 tech on this - its identical to the carbon cub (they build the H9 one as well).

Lovely model. Pity he put the exhausts on backwards. They are supposed to go into the engine cowling and exit underneath.
