Kasturba Medical College (KMC), Mangalore, was established in 1955. KMC, Mangalore is the first College in the country to be established under public private partnership model. This medical college is affiliated to the deemed university, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE).
MAHE Manipal has been formally recognised as an Institution of Eminence (IOE) by the Ministry of Education (MOE), Govt of india via signing of an memorandum of Understanding (MOU) during Oct 2020.
In this video, we discuss about the fee structure of KMC Mangalore, including hostel and mess fees. I have included the fees structure for all India general category (management quota), NRI quota and Karnataka state quota. We also discuss about the cutoff marks and cutoff ranks for the Karnataka state quota, all India general category (management quota/ paid seats) and NRI quota at KMC Mangalore.

If a field is mandatory, you will not be allowed to submit the application. Since you have submitted the application, it is clearly not a mandatory field.

If i get kmc mangalore in all india counselling, and i have karnataka domicile, will i pay 1.4l for the government seat or the 78 lakh figure for a general seat? Thank you
If you get KMC Mangalore through KEA, you will pay around 1.5 lacs per year.
If you get the seat through MCC all India counseling, you will be paying around 18 lacs per year.

If they had become OCI prior to Mar 2021, they have the choice to apply under both general category and NRI category. Depending on the score, they can get a seat either under general or under NRI quota.

NRIs are eligible for both NRI category and general category, in all India counseling.
Also, please check if there are any restrictions within your own state.

Both are good colleges. The difference between colleges is mainly based on individual perception only. Visit the college and decide.
Sir the expected score for my category is 604 so what should be my aim sir .????
Don't look at the expected score and get stressed. No one can predict what will be the cutoff this year. It can be higher or it can be lower.
Look at how much you are scoring now in the mock exams. Have small targets and try to improve. For example, if you are scoring around 500, then try to improve your score to 550. Once you reach 550, target 600 and so on.

Should i try for deemed Universities or for private medical colleges in NRI lapsed quota
Deemed university is a better option as you can join in Round 1 itself.
You can also try NRI lapsed, but you have to wait until TN Round 2.

NRI quota - chances are very low

Telugu minority is available only at State level. So, no need to select minority in the NEET application. During registration for state counseling, you can indicate that you are a Telugu minority student.
