- Kasturba Medical College (KMC), Manipal was established in 1953 as the first self financing medical college in the private sector. It celebrated its diamond jubilee in the year 2013.
MAHE Manipal has been formally recognised as an Institution of Eminence (IOE) by the Ministry of Education (MOE), Govt of india via signing of an memorandum of Understanding (MOU) during Oct 2020.
In this video, we discuss about the fee structure of KMC Manipal, including hostel and mess fees. I have included the fees structure for management quota and NRI quota. We also discuss about the cutoff marks and cutoff ranks for the management quota and NRI quota at KMC Manipal.

Please take note that KMC Manipal has reduced the fees now for general category. Based on their latest prospectus, the fees per installment is about 17.70 lacs and the total cost is around 70.9 lacs. This fees is same as last year fees.

The men's hostel is run by the students. They directly control the menu, manage the purchases and they even supply food to events within the college.
To my knowledge, the monthly expenses will be around 8000 to 10,000 Rupees. The exact cost depends on what you consume (lots of optional items in the mess). So, the annual expenses could be around 1 lac to 1.5 lacs.
The cost of women's hostel is generally lesser as their expenses are to a certain extent subsidized by the college.
In the bulletin its written that the monthly expenses is 8000 rs approx for men(mbbs) . Does that include hostel fees also

Sir i scored 648 marks but due to inflation my rank is around 30.8k. Do i have a chance of getting into kmc manipal since it is predicted that even deemed universities cut off will go high?
You should get KMC Manipal.
Sir in NITTE and all students from kerala ie particulary from kasargod distrct they are studing with fees 1.5 lakh by writing cet exam. They are writing one kannada language test which is for kannadika horandu. Can you please do a video about that
You can get state quota seats in Karnataka if:
1. Your mother tongue is Kannada, Tulu, Kodava or Beary AND
2. You should have resided and studied for a period of SEVEN YEARS between 1st and 12th standards in disputed Kannada speaking area of South Sholapur or Akkalkot or Jath or Gadhinglaj Taluks of Maharashtra State or Kasargod or Hosadurga or Manjeshwar Taluks of Kerala State.
If you fulfill the above criteria, you have to undergo a Kannada Language test conducted by KEA. If you pass the exam, you will be considered for state quota seats.

You cannot block an MBBS seat anywhere in India. Don't lose your money. Seat allotment for deemed universities happens only through MCC all India counseling.

There is a good chance. But, I cannot say for sure.
Please also take note that KMC has revised down the fees to about 70 lacs (same as last year).

Sir i have a doubt. I have 49% aggregate in 12th PCB,if i apply as general candidate (instead of obc) in Neet application will i need 50% aggregate during Admission or 40%? I'm a BC community student in TN,will it be risky to apply as general category in Neet application form? 😢
It's certainly risky. TN may accept you, but there is a risk that NTA/ NMC may reject your registration.

You can try. But, chances are low.

@@Ponnu-se1fd No one can predict what you will get or what you will not get. It is more important to prepare a list of colleges as per your priority and do choice filling accordingly. Keep as many colleges as possible.
It is a mere waste of time in trying to predict the unpredictable.
