I spend the first hour of every day sitting on my front porch, listening to the song birds, with a hug mug of freshly perked, black coffee, being quiet and feeling grateful for my life and what the day ahead has for me to encounter.....😊😊
It is not just the mind, but the body that impacts up. Trauma gets stored in the body and it sends 80% of the messages to the brain. The brain to the body - only 20%. This needs to be taken into account for sure!
