  • I love fennel, especially this time of year! It's a deliciously unique vegetable, crunchy when raw and mellow and sweet when braised or roasted. This Fennel Parmigiana is an extra special treat for the family. Great video Lidia! I usually eat fennel raw, thin sliced slices, OO,salt, pepper, onion powder, sprinkled parsley. Grew up eating this in Chicago. Never cooked it. There’s nothing like eating fennel, finocchio, , with your fingers! Yum! But, I will try this recipe. Different. I’m sure it’ll be delicious! Thank you🌹

I grew so many fennel bulbs this year. It's something I grew for the fun of it. I need to learn how to prepare it.

This looks awesome and I bet it would be fantastic with other vegetables also! Zucchini, Eggplant, green and yellow squash or any other sliceable vegetable!

I appreciate the video 👍🏻 like I said in the other one I don't like fennel. So I would have to substitute it for something else but this is still a overall good recipe

since you haven't tried fennel that you're aware of though sliced sooo thin it's possible it could've been inside a dish cooked or a salad raw n looking similar to onion or another veggie who knows but this would be a great introduction to fennel on the more gentle side n mixed with these other great flavors.... delish!!! hope you enjoy!!...
