Not to mention the amount of interest your videos generate, encouraging others to collect, buy, and sell succulents and other fun plants. I love your videos! Im a stay at home mom in western canada with a collection (30 full one gal planters) of massively overgrown echeveria (hens and chicks i believe) and your channel has inspired me to properly care for the mamas i have and propagate the babies for new homes.
The way you get excited over new growth and hit us with the 'oh look at the babies!' warms my heart in such an intense way.

The prices from " Let Love Grow" ..........WOWZZERS!! SO blessed to have this in your area. There are many many many Etsy shops that sell succulents here in the US but none are that generous. I bought a large 80 pack from a very famous, most advertised, very well known place on line here and it came planted in the soil still. They were all covered in soil, most were dehydrated to the point I couldn't rehydrate them. I paid 146, that was with shipping. I ended up keeping 6 from the batch once summer had finished. Some had MEALIES even. You could tell that it was factory style picked and packed. No refunds for bugs, soil coverage on plants and so on. Never again, they were common succs to make little planters for my restaurant outside. I actually had to take from my collection for color alone. So your blessed ❤️❤️. Enjoy these beauties!! You deserve a sale all the time for the advertising you give them!!!
They're very generous. We're lucky here in OZ as many of the sellers try to be competitive. Good for us consumers.
I'm dreaming of visiting your garden, how I wish I can grow succulents the same as you especially the colors even they are just common succulents. I love your videos so much and your personality, always remind me of my Mommy, she passed away more than 20 years ago, she also loved plants and we have a beautiful flowery garden before but all local like sampaguita, sta. ana, daisies, roses, orchids, etc. More power to your channel! 🥰
Why do i feel so excited when i see you opening up a big box of succulents. These r beautiful. We need all reasons to keep buying succulents. Liz! Let love grow has a 35% discount sale on right now! I just received an order yesterday after you recommended and they are so big compared to what the website says they’ll be and so cheap! Half the price of any other retailer before the sale. So when I got the sale email today I ordered again this morning, 58 plants for $190 including postage! That’s about $3 a plant! Cheap cheap! I just finished unboxing my 3rd or 4th box of succulent in a week and watching you unbox your lovelies now, is so satisfying. I can relate to your tone of voice Liz… and feel the excitement and love for these new babies! They are all gorgeous! ❤️ My dad happened to ask me this afternoon when the box arrived, why did I keep getting so many of these (the boxes 😁), and i said they were cheap. Next time I will tell him, I’m not alone too 😆

Graptopetalum rusbyi are highly susceptible to mealy bugs. I learned the hard way.

It is hard to get succulents where I am. I checked out the site u spoke about on a video I saw. They are from a grower in Australia, a lot,of them were half price. They are beautiful. I am Not sure that they ship to Canada. They are in their currency. I don't know the exchange is , how much shipping would be, they are soooo colorful. Pinks and so on.
In other circumstances the shipping is double the price of the plants... I am a senior on a fixed income ,so I do have a budget. Thanks for your videos. I enjoy them.
Hi Judy, I don't know what the customs rules and regulations in Canada but for the common folks, import and export of plants are strictly regulated here in Australia. The best option for you is to look into USA to buy succulents. Maybe you could also import succulents from China and Korea which is where a lot of my plants originally came from. Facebook succulent groups is also one place you could explore to find sellers and collectors who sell near you. Best of luck. Cheers

Hi Liz! I’m new to your channel and started collecting succulents 4/22. I love how excited you get with your plants. I bought 50 cuttings from someone on Etsy. I have no idea what they are. What is the best way to look up what the name of them? Thank you so much for your delightful videos.
The best place for ID is the succulent online shops. You can also join Facebook groups and post your photos. Most members are more than happy to ID them for you.

The ones who discovered them first. Nowadays, it's the growers of new hybrids and cultivars. I also have a couple of my hybrid & cultivar that I named. 🥰

Thank you po. Pag manipis po ang dahon, gamitin nyo po yung kapareho ng Tropical soil mix ko and consistensy, at halos araw-araw po ang tubig sa kanila. Kasi madaling matuyo yung lupa.

Is it good to repot succulents when you 1st get them? The soil the nursery uses is so hard i can't get my finger in it
If the soil is hard, I always soak the pot overnight to soften the soil. I find using liquid seaweed solutions helps a lot in softening the soil making it easier to repot or transplant the succulent.
When is the right time to buy lots of succulents Maam? I mean what season is more advisable? Thanks 🇵🇭
Depends on the succulent. Echeveria is best to buy at the end of Winter to root up faster during Spring or when temperature warms up. Aeonium, Cotyledon, some Graptoveria for example are best bought at the end of summer because they grow when the temperature is cooler.

You have to do a test buy. Put one item on the cart and see how the price changes. If still the same.....that means they're not having a sale. You can cancel you're purchase. I just done a test and it's still 35% off. Yayyyy....
Weren't you lucky getting big plants from LLg, I ordered once and was dissatisfied with my purchase plants were so small never ordered from them again. LLg looked after you as you are promoting them. Very bad business on their behalf
Sorry to hear about your experience. LLG did not know who I am on my first 2 purchases. They only found out after I did the unboxing video. It all depends on the season and also the variety of plants. Base on their recent posts on facebook and customer feedback, there are a lot of very happy customers. I'm sure if you send them a message about your disatisfaction, they will try and amend it. Have a fantatsic day! 🥰

There's no $70-90 plant in this video. If you're referring to some plants they currently have on their website, it's actually 50% off promo at the moment which makes a lot of their plants very cheap.
To answer your question... What am I missing?
Succulents are like Gemstones, there are many different kinds. Some are common and have a lower value. And some that are rare, commands higher price. Thanks for watching. Cheers, Liz

No offence Liz., but you are going overboard with your addiction, and the plants are getting too much of a muchness. I hope you are not doing this just for the money you receive from utube. Love your personality though.
No offense too Nina but…..What is overboard? No one has the right to comment or have an opinion on someone else’s business unless I’m hurting you or someone else by me buying succulents. If I buy succulents and let them rot (which I don’t)….That is my business. If I buy succulents and grow them and maybe sell them one day….That too is my business. What I make on UA-cam hardly pays for my time and stress in dealing with a lot of unsavoury comments and opinions.
If I want to make money….I would never upload UA-cam videos on succulents at all. It’s a lot of hard work, stressful and time consuming. I would just concentrate on looking for gold and gemstones and also maybe concentrate on making Videos on my Liz Kreate channel which I make more money on at the moment compared to this channel even though I haven’t uploaded any videos on that channel for 7 months.
I truly have the desire to share my knowledge with other people. No offense again Nina….LOL….I don’t mean to preach but, a generous spirit seems to be lacking a lot these days and can be difficult to identify when presented.

Liz’s channel has been absolutely life changing for the care of my plants. She has educated and inspired hundreds if not thousands of people all over the world and in her home town. This channel brings in very minimal profit for her, we are lucky she has such a passion for succulents and sharing her invaluable knowledge. It take a huge amount of time, energy, physical and mental effort to create and run a successful channel like this.
