Hiya! Thank you for this video :) I'm still a little confused as to why this tooth would be a right first molar instead of a left first molar. I thought it was the left first mandibular molar?
Hard to explain with just words and you not being able to physically hold the tooth 😂 but I am going to give it a go... (1) make sure you are using the patient's left and right NOT the left and right of the screen/your left and right (2) Are you determining the mesial and distal of the tooth correctly? You can use the small distal cusp from the occlusal view (first view on the right) or you can even use the root curving distally in the buccal view (first view on the left) (3) with the buccal facing you (first view on the left OR you will have to mental rotate the first view on the right to have the top of the screen facing you-once again i wish you could hold the tooth) line the mesial to the midline of the patient.... and you will end up with the tooth on the patient's right. 🤞hope this didn't just make it more confusing 🤣
