Since my father passed away. I’ve been the punching bag of the family constantly bullied always being blamed when things go wrong.
Decades I’ve been slight, I have nobody or no where else to go since I suffer from a disability.
Nothing is good enough for the family especially for my mother constant emotional mental abuse I receive!
I don’t receive any respect appreciation or gratitude with all the service i do in my mothers household!
I lost my anger over there ingratitude and disrespect and have been slight once again and still being taken advantage of.
Since I have no where to go and the community won’t believe how much I’m suffering

This is your test. Remain good hearted, kind, and keep an open heart, even if it is akin to opening your eyes in the Dead Sea. That is strenght beyond what people can understand. Understand yourself. Be your own best friend. And dont forget that Allah Azzawajal is with us, in what we do, in what we suffer through, in what we feel, and in what we dream for. This world does not feel like Home. Because it is not. This world is a test. And Allah Azzawajal will insha’Allah offer you that safe place. Until finally we return to Him, and get to go, back Home. I will pray for you, so you may find peace and safety in this world. And dont forget Allah’s promise in the Quran. “After hardship comes ease. After hardship comes ease.”

Shaikh, if you've restrained your anger over the years of being verbally abused by your family and kept holding it in for Allah’s sake but one day you can't hold it in anymore and suddenly blew up 😢. How do I ask for forgiveness for bursting into anger with no ill intention just that I just cannot hold it in anymore.
Asaalaykum, one of the causes of anger outbursts is holding in what you need to say for a long time, it will eventually explode. Next time, the key is to find a way to talk to them or someone about it who can help you communicate with them. It is easy said than done, but you can summon the courage to talk to your family members at a good time with resize y but express your feelings. It’s always a safe way to start cunvos about feelings rather than telling them what they are doing wrong. For now, this is a good opportunity for you to open up with your family about what made you burst. Start by apologizing for any hurtful things you said, then explain how you have been feeling to them. The idea is alike a sandwich effect, say good, then feelings, then good. Eg. I want to apologies for my outburst the other time, I love my family. My fault is I held my feelings inside and did not communicate them to you, but it’s fair I tell you. I’ve been feeling…… after all that say, ‘no matter what I want a close bond with my family and love’.

I know my family will not be able to accept it since that's the way of my family where mother and brothers are always right and I have no say in matters. As a daughter, I must accept their way. May Allah forgive me for my harshness towards them.
