I have the blue dial and really enjoy it. I got it on sale at I think Jared on line for about $1100. I prefer a more traditional size in a watch. Very pleased.
The Rado Golden Horse 1957 is a truly elegant watch. I have the same model with the red dial, and the green dial is also beautiful. Thanks for the good information.
I like the fact this is a watch you purchased because you liked it and not because it has some spec or feature the watch world has convinced us we "need". Beautiful dial and elegantly masculine. Nice pick up. As you stated, tough to photograph, do the hands disappear like they do at times in the review? P.S. Nice LOTR reference. 👍
I don’t think green is particularly rebellious. Maybe for watch enthusiasts who snort sartorial etiquette from 60 years ago as a purchasing excuse, but this green is very subdued. Red (unless you’re Tudor) seems to be the more “ehhhh” color.
Ebay. I never pay the asking price. I always send the seller a direct message with an offer, and usually the seller is willing to negotiate. And if a watch hasn't sold in a long time, the seller is more willing to lower the price. No matter how expensive a watch is, it's worthless if it doesn't sell.
Did you get it with warranty and papers? New or used from ebay? I'm curious I wanna try to get it. I noticed none are there with the authentication option tho sadly now @@degenerateWA
damn 80 hour ! that's great. I'm a sucker for a green dial congrats on such a amazing piece.
Much appreciated 👌💯

No problem🍻
That green sunburst is outstanding.
I piss excellence and wear perfection😎
I think this is a super solid choice... A bit left field but I like it! Never knew the anchor moved... How about that!
A playful little feature. Not too serious which is a great touch

P.S. Nice LOTR reference. 👍
Glad someone caught that reference😎
The hands disappearing is definitely exacerbated from the filming process. Not as apparent in real life.
Great purchase 👌 happy that you got this rado. It looks clean no need lume for a dress watch
Thanks bro😎💯
Thanks for the video. Great dial. Bracelet looks comfortable as well.
Didn't think I was gonna like the bracelet but it has quickly become one of my favorite things about the watch
I still love that emerald green
Yeah you do!
I'm living the dream vicariously through you DK!
That's the way to do it bro. Avoid this addiction like the plague!
@@degenerateWA too late I'm effed!

Stunning green
facts💯🍻
It’s on the list, better looking and better sized than the Tissot Gentleman??🤔
If I didn't know any better, I'd say that you really like this watch
Like a drug addict reviewing crack!
great review of an underrated brand!
much appreciated🍻
I really want this one but my wrists are only 5.5in :(
Where did you get it for $1200?

Rado, for me, screams old money like JLC. I mostly see them on well-to-do old men. 😅
That's funny because the first time I'd ever seen one was on my uncle's wrist, who is an old well to do man lol
@@degenerateWA well, there you go. ☺️

Can one call a watch pretty?
One can call a watch ugly so I guess one can't exist without the other
You really feel like it's a dress watch and not a sports watch? Seems very versatile but you think it's 100% dress?
I'm sure it works fine as a sports watch too.
is the crown screw down or pull out? Thanks! @@degenerateWA
@robertl8429 I made the review, I'm not going to spoon feed it to you🤣
Mithril.....its a hobbit watch, cant go wrong with!!
A perfect 'second breakfast' watch😎
