I also love super sets too because going over some things let them sink into my fabulous brain, haha. before I knew it this strength class was over. my family and friends are amazed at how my arms, legs, my back and my legs are looking. I love it. Thank you for your encouragement, your strength knowledge, and stressing about our posture because good posture is everything. Kaleigh, you are the best❤😊❤

Your videos are very challenging. It is very helpful and motivating when you verbally guide us through the exercise. You keep the background music in the background and engage on the workout. And again I am truly grateful for the verbal guidance through the workouts
