You're absolutely 💯 awesome and thank you for taking the time to share 😀
Thanks for watching and good luck on your adventures !
MONEY! LOVE IT!
Thanks !
Hello, may I ask if the strings of modern crossbows may have safety issues due to aging? Do I need to consider the issue of aging, or do I just need to pay attention to its cracks and fuzzing? If it is well maintained, used less, and stored properly, is it possible to store it for ten years?
Buddy, I would hate to answer that and give you some wrong info that could put you in a potentially dangerous situation. I would suggest you refer to your crossbow manufacturer for any questions of that nature. Thanks for watching and good luck on your adventures!
Okay, thank you very much for your reply@@MAD_Outdoor_Adventures
You're welcome! Have a great deer season!
What kind of crank did you have installed? I just got a Barnet ts380 for Mother’s Day
The crank I have came as part of the package deal but it is this one below
www.barnettcrossbows.com/catalog/product/view/id/3145/s/explorer-crank-cocking-device/category/610/
Barnett also has a few other ones, not sure which one would fit your bow the best, but you can check them out here

I hope you enjoy your new bow as much as I enjoy mine, thanks for watching and good luck on your adventures !
dude , i wish my better half was interested in shooting with me .any tips on how i might get her interested ? take care
Honestly buddy before my wife and I got together she knew I was big into the outdoors so she already knew that I would try to take her along one day. The day came I took her out and she enjoyed it ! I would say just try to keep it fun just like with anyone starting anything if they have fun, they will want to do it again. Good luck and thanks for watching !
@BOOTYMONSTER i had the same problem with my wife.Moving from upstate NY. were i was hunting all the time she never was interested but once we moved south and she found that there is things in this state that could kill you she got very interested.LMAO she now shoots every gun i have and is a very good shot. What i did was took her to purchase a weapon that was easy for her to use and somthing she realy liked.
Curious if you have had any problems with the serving string fraying early in either of your Barnett's? I'm reading a ton of posts on crossbow nation that it's a good idea to shim these bows so that the string doesn't ride so tight on the rail...thanks
We haven't had any issues with the serving fraying on our Barnett's as of yet. I will say that we aren't hardcore users but so far no issues. Thanks for watching and good luck on your adventures !
@@MAD_Outdoor_Adventures I'm shooting everyday. I love to target practice and I'm currently using a Ravin R10, but I need a good back up crossbow. I do have a few Centerpoints also but one other crossbow that is looking sweet is the new Killer Instinct Vital X. It will be a coin toss on what I get. Thanks for letting me know on the serving string. There is a product called Ravin serving fluid that does help prolong the serving string on any crossbow. Happy 4th!
Have a Happy 4th Too !
@@MAD_Outdoor_Adventures what part of the state are you from- I'm north of Grand Rapids about 30 Miles in a town called Cedar Springs
I am downriver, about 15 miles south of Detroit.
I know that the metal track will make the paint fall off with use. How much does this affect the accuracy?
This crossbow is extremely accurate, You can get quarter size groups at 30 yards pretty easily. Thanks for watching and good luck on your adventures !
@@MAD_Outdoor_Adventures thank you very much. I mean, is it normal for the paint on the CNC aluminum alloy track to fall off as the number of uses increases? Does this affect accuracy?
@@MAD_Outdoor_Adventures CNC Machined Aluminum Flight Track
Maybe we haven't shot it enough lol but I don't seem to have paint falling off ? But if I ever notice it I will make note and let you know !
@@MAD_Outdoor_Adventures good Thank you.
