It's funny to me ford is taking designs q's from AM and applying them to their cars. I had a ford fusion and now the new escape. I definitely see it in the curves lines and the front grilles. The catfish look. Anyways this is awesome.
Very true. Ford borrowed design cues from AM way back when they use to own AM and Ford has been using their design language ever since. Not sure if Ford was trying to fool people into thinking their vehicles were on the same page as AM but whatever. But yeah, that DBX is a looker!

Calling the DBX a "British Hellcat" is an insult in my opinion. A Hellcat version of any Dodge vehicle (except maybe the Durango) is about as sophisticated as a toaster oven and they can't handle at all. They're nothing but grunt mobiles that can be out-performed easily by many lesser sports cars. Compare the DBX to its related euro competition, not some tarted-up road boats.

Tho the DBX is finally offering something different from the Bentayga/Urus/Cayenne/RSQ8 I still feel like AM dropped the ball using a BiTurbo V8 and not an Upgraded version of the DBS Twin Turbo V12. Wouldn’t sound as good as the V8, but it’s be different and would definitely be more enticing than another 4L BiTurbo AMG motor. Great motor, just that it’s not really anything fresh.
You're actually shifting it wrong because you are basically letting off the gas and shifting at the same time while it just got done revving that confuses the computer if you floor the car then shift around 6rpm and then keep it floored it'll shift a lot faster and better like it's supposed to
3:00 wow another modern failure of the simple tachometer. Firstly, tachs always turn clockwise, not anti-clockwise. Secondly the whole tach turning red when you get to about 5.5K so you can't actually see the redline marking anymore is up there for stupidest thing in a modern car. I know it's Continental's fault because they supply these silly gauge clusters to Aston, BMW, etc.
I test drove the lamb perf and the 707, settled on the 707 the Urus and the Audi RSQ8 are to similar and the707 felt faster and I thought looked much better.
Buy a DBX on tsp.truecar.com/ just like that other person did!

3:13 timing shifts is all audible. You don’t need a tach to tell you when to shift. Just listen for the engine note to tell you

The trackpad can be deleted in the DB11. So you _should_ be able to delete it from DBX.

This is a beautiful SUV. Good blend of luxury, power and design. No trendy “coupe” version just a nice slopping roof line.
Between this and the Purosangue, I’m interested to see if any changes come to the Urus.
