It’s been a whole month! Happy new year to you all!!
Hope you all had a good Christmas!!
This video was recorded just before Christmas with my good friend and OG on the channel.. Bellows Ben.
It was great to finally get back out on a duo wild camp with Ben again… we had a barrel of laughs throughout this trip!
It rained heavy for a good 18 hours but that didn’t dampen our spirits (pun intended) in making some bushcraft stretcher beds and cooking up a full roast dinner on the camp fire.
We sank plenty of beers and ate like kings.
I got nostalgic vibes when editing this video… it took me back a year or so when we were regularly out filming together, so I’ve left the edit pretty basic to reflect that!

Excellent. What a plate of food that was ha. Far better than what I had. I spent Christmas evening in my hammock and under the tarp in the rain and wind. Got in the hammock at 4.00 pm and didn't get out until 7.00 the next morning. Couldn't be bothered to do anything except booze and sleep 😂. Plaudits to you two for cooking up an amazing feast. Nice one ✌️👍😎

What an absolute treat to see Ben! We've had a ton of rain and days of high humidity this Summer in my part of a Australia and I've been feeling a bit down so watching you and Ben back out in the woods together was a great pick me up, everyone needs a Santa hat and Kirk Cobaine glasses🎅😎

Top camp. Nothing better to share a good meal round a good fire with a good mate in a good place. Four of a kind. Hope you both have a great year. 🔥
Come up to Scolthead island on the coast. Between Brancaster and Burnham overy. Almost like a private island. A lot more open than the usual bits you do in places. But big dunes, with a peaceful and empty sea line this time of year especially, and just before summer. Also another 4/5 miles west of the island along the coast you’ll find another beautiful beach, with more perfect dunes for camping and amazingly quite almost all year round just from Burnham overy (the beach before holkham woods on the way to wells) 30 mins inland is The Hero pub. We have Wherry on tap always. And we are also in the middle of so many footpath trails, with some nice high points (for Norfolk) Also if you are lucky the Northern lights can be spotted more commonly, in the recent months over in North of Norfolk anyway Love the videos, so calming to watch especially when I can’t get the time always to get out, and do the magic you do out in the open. Big love
