The tune is so "open" and chord sequence so inviting...it allows a good player every opportunity to run with it, and...blow. I like the trumpet player, He could have played a couple more choruses yet, and not sounded stale. Yeah...fine tune and good player,. I really dig a good upright bass, and this guy can play. Play on!!

the drummer is fine ,, he sounds a lot like elvin jones used to play ..hard and happy all over the beat ,, i kinda like it .. he is trying hard to over embellish a bit but other wise he's just a good jazz player ..nothing exceptional and his rhythem is not as tight as it should be with the rest of the group .. i can live with him ..
