I was about to say damn Am, grats on the house very nice lol. I'm sure its for the best. That house looked brand new like just constructed brand new. Which means it was probably destroyed by the recent hurricane and was gonna tell you have someone check the yard and the basement for water/sewage damage/contamination. Keep that in mind for the other locations you check out. Good luck :). Oh and check the lens. You've got a tiny smudge on it that was noticeable throughout the house tour vid xD.

Nice... Big House for 1 person? Get some blinds, and raise that wall, or Hawthorn trees are good to make a barrier on the street side side. They have sharp thorns and will prevent jumpers if placed close together. They grow up to 30' tall and will make great shade, pretty flowers in the spring.
This video was great I like the new direction two thumbs up. Can you fix or clean that dot on the lens or wherever it is? It was distracting at times and was messing with the auto focus.
