No win, No fee cost agreements

Some lawyer’s offer their clients what’s known as a ‘No Win, No Fee’ agreement.
This means your lawyer may only charge you legal fees if they win your case.
However, before you sign on the dotted line for this type of agreement with your lawyer, you should know that ‘No Win, No Fee’ does not mean there is nothing to pay.
