S of all > SSS/sig A2 > SS/sig 9S > SS/sig 2B > SSS 2B > SSS 9S > SSS+ A2 > SSS+ 2B/9S Personally, I plan to SSS/sig all 3 on this run and SSS+ them all on the rerun (bonus 30 shards per pulled copy so it will only take 6 gacha S-ranks on rerun).

I’m f2p and with a bit of grinding was able to get all 3 characters s rank with their sig weapons, so with a bit of luck and grinding it is possible lol. Hopefully I’m able to get SS A2 if I get lucky with the pulls lol

Also quick Tldr Even if you have Entropy Lee+Rosetta for warzone purpose, just pull Nier team even though when Solaeter Liv come and makes Lee+Rosetta more busted in warzone, having Nier team still necessary for future Babel, Warzone, and Strongholds.

I just got back to PGR just for the NieR collab, sadly I used up my BC for Alpha before I retire last year so now I can't get 2b, ofc I still can count on luck until the banner end with the BC I got but worst case scenario I might really have to go to the black market and buy PGR account with full NieR team cuz they are the main reason I come back.

I am more interested in Ice team and transcendants too So should I try to get them or is it okay to skip and save up for their rerun?

@@takeshiksai6887 nier team is an expensive team.. you can get away with 5stars for 9s and 2B for budget nier.. minimum nier is A2 SSS with sig weapon.. so 2b and 9s can stick with 5*.. Although as spider 2B said, even SS A2 is good.. SSS A2 is just downright broken.. so for budget nier team that should be at least your target OR skip all the way and stick with alpha rosette if you have them. however, when their rerun comes. I'm planning to get them their sig weapons and also SS both if possible..

Alright I just got a full NieR team finally, I havent build them yet cuz I run out of resource but my question is, is there no way to get their 5 star weapon without spending BC? Like seriously I can't find their weapon on shop, paying 450 5 star weapon ticket thingy? Isn't that mean they are significantly weaker than when they use their sign? Cuz yea it suck not having a sign for normal character but you can just use 5 star weapon with 3 resonance which give them similar or only slightly lower base stat by just playing weekly coop and their dmg output to a sign with no resonance should not be far off but how is the dmg comparison between basic S class Nier with no sign VS sign?
Their 5 star weapons are free when u pull the character. You can use any 5 star weapon to resonate them more. Signature weapon has much higher stats even compared to a max resonated 5 star, and that's not even accounting for the passive.
I always come back to these guides! I was able to get A2 to SSS, but I got boned TWICE on her weapon, and didn't get it. I got 2B and 9S's though so... yay...? Does this mean that solo A2 isn't really gonna work, or she can solo but it's just gonna be not as potent? I'm not sure how much her berserk state is effected by her weapon too, but I'm having a tough time up keeping it. That's probably due to me not being smooth with it yet. I never realized how much her special charge move from her weapon helps with orb management, it's kinda a pain without it.
hey man, should i skip nier banner to get both Plume and Rosetta on anniv? currently sitting at 6k BCs and i have Alpha SS + sig and Eclipse SSS, and im not sure if a f2p Nier team (all Nier at base rank S) would be better than my Alpha team (SS Alpha sig SSS Eclipse SS Rosetta if i pull her) do you think its worth to skip Nier to guarantee Plume and Rosetta?
Yes go for Plume and Rosetta. You will get 9S from Daily Login and A2 free from Event. And when you dont have 2B you can use Alpha until the NieR rerun

F2P here. After pulling for 2B, what takes priority? A2 SS or her 6* weapon? Which one gives the most advantage/power increase to A2? I can only afford one of the two options.
if you want SS or higher A2 in the future, u need to pull her before farming event. Her 6 star weapon is nice quality of life and personal damage. I would go 6 star weapon first.
Is the weapon banner discounted too or no? Because atm I have 9k bc hoping to reach the 10.5k I need right before the update in a few hours and then I want to get a sig weapon for A2 because if it is discounted I'll have just enough time to get the about 5k bc and start saving for S chrome. If not, might just have to stick to just getting 2B cause I'll miss out on S Chrome if I get the other 10k to get A2 to SS and I don't rly wanna do that.
Spider2B. I know it's hard to test different sets in pgr but in your opinion what to do you think of 4pc Frederick for A2 SSS? (maybe followed by 2pc catherine/Darwin)... I happen to have 4 Frederick at lvl 45 already for some reason and just curious
its probably better off on alpha if you dont have 4 frederick on her already. But for A2, patton has more passive uptime compared to the 8 second cooldown for 4 frederick passive.

great video, really useful I am f2p and I have 24k bc but I want to take the alpha skin ... so by the release of the collab I will have the right BC to take 2B and the weapon of A2 ... But I would like A2 SS, there will be some offers that it will allow me to take it SS even if I don't have the necessary BCs (and without taking bundles with a prohibitive cost) Then I was also wondering if 9s SS was essential for the team or if it could be skipped. Should I : - Pull only 2B (10.5k bc) to make base S + 5 stars weapon physic team - Or pull Alpha on anniversary banner (around 10K bc since have 5k event ticket), then make team with Liv B+ nanami B and pull Rosetta in near future, and their sig.weapon too. What choice you reccommend? Ps. I have bianca S by beginner banner, I plan to pull Vera S too.

I created acc 4 days ago. Got 2 a2 from gacha, got b2, got signature for a2. Didn’t even top up. Atm thinking bout insane luck or smth. Everything I got for ~12k bc, 10 episodes of story mode
I got all of em to sss with sig specifically for that switching experience and man it’s still tough to keep berserk up. Can’t get it all the time. Sometimes I can’t even switch cause A2’s berserk is falling too fast and I end up doing an A2 carry just to keep it going.
@@proselytized he explained in the video that during A2 QTE she pauses the decline of her gauge so you can keep her form up way easier. Without double QTE its not really possible to maintain the rotation at least b4 full SSS team.
Hello! Im F2p with 10k bc as of now. I have ss bianca zero and s alpha as my main dmg dealers and have built teams around physical. I dont have any elemental teams literally (only changyu which i stopped building until i get plume and wanshi) I’m considering whether ill pull for 2b or lucia plume + wanshi. Will it be better for me to farm the nier team or create an ice team? Thanks!
This is going to sound insane but, should i skip 2B right now and wait for the rerun? I heard that in the rerun when you pull someone you get an extra 30 shards, so if i pull 2B in the rerun thats a free SS, but if i pull her on the current she'll only be S. The only downside to this plan is that i'll literally be sitting here with no 2B waiting for the rerun while everyone else enjoys their nier team. Approximately how far away is the rerun btw? Also, im planning to SSS A2, but if i push through with skipping 2B now in favor of the rerun, how badly will A2's performance suffer?

would it be alright just using her in a team with two other regular constructs? I know that means that she won't have any synergy but I tend to lean more towards using favourite characters and optimising them rather than a specific meta team, so I'm wondering if she's still viable without 2B and 9S in the team?
How will the banner be? Will they all be in one banner with you having the option to choose? Will A2 come first and then 2B? will A2 banner or any Neir banner dissapear after 2B arrives? Who do I pull first? Which is better? SS A2 or her signature weapon?
All in one, 2b appears later. have enough for 2b (10500 bc) then pull a2 then signiture in that order if you plan to go SS A2. If you are certain you won't go past SS A2 then get her weapon.
As monthly player I think I can get SS A2 because anniversary banner is near need to get alpha first and her weapon, so just hope I got lucky on banner and not pity

@@takeshiksai6887 nier team is an expensive team.. you can get away with 5stars for 9s and 2B for budget nier.. minimum nier is A2 SSS with sig weapon.. so 2b and 9s can stick with 5*.. Although as spider 2B said, even SS A2 is good.. SSS A2 is just downright broken.. so for budget nier team that should be at least your target OR skip all the way and stick with alpha rosette if you have them.
however, when their rerun comes. I'm planning to get them their sig weapons and also SS both if possible..

I'd recommend pull A2 first then farm event for instant A2 SS or if you plan to go further, otherwise you can just get the weapon.

Alright I just got a full NieR team finally, I havent build them yet cuz I run out of resource but my question is, is there no way to get their 5 star weapon without spending BC?
Like seriously I can't find their weapon on shop, paying 450 5 star weapon ticket thingy? Isn't that mean they are significantly weaker than when they use their sign? Cuz yea it suck not having a sign for normal character but you can just use 5 star weapon with 3 resonance which give them similar or only slightly lower base stat by just playing weekly coop and their dmg output to a sign with no resonance should not be far off but how is the dmg comparison between basic S class Nier with no sign VS sign?
Their 5 star weapons are free when u pull the character. You can use any 5 star weapon to resonate them more.
Signature weapon has much higher stats even compared to a max resonated 5 star, and that's not even accounting for the passive.
I always come back to these guides! I was able to get A2 to SSS, but I got boned TWICE on her weapon, and didn't get it. I got 2B and 9S's though so... yay...? Does this mean that solo A2 isn't really gonna work, or she can solo but it's just gonna be not as potent? I'm not sure how much her berserk state is effected by her weapon too, but I'm having a tough time up keeping it. That's probably due to me not being smooth with it yet. I never realized how much her special charge move from her weapon helps with orb management, it's kinda a pain without it.
hey man, should i skip nier banner to get both Plume and Rosetta on anniv? currently sitting at 6k BCs and i have Alpha SS + sig and Eclipse SSS, and im not sure if a f2p Nier team (all Nier at base rank S) would be better than my Alpha team (SS Alpha sig SSS Eclipse SS Rosetta if i pull her) do you think its worth to skip Nier to guarantee Plume and Rosetta?
Yes go for Plume and Rosetta.
You will get 9S from Daily Login and A2 free from Event.
And when you dont have 2B you can use Alpha until the NieR rerun
Oh also Plume will be the only Ice DPS for a long time so get her
i would consider that yes, nier is an entire s rank team for 10500 bc but if you cannot afford it then it is ok to skip.

if you want SS or higher A2 in the future, u need to pull her before farming event. Her 6 star weapon is nice quality of life and personal damage. I would go 6 star weapon first.

Because atm I have 9k bc hoping to reach the 10.5k I need right before the update in a few hours and then I want to get a sig weapon for A2 because if it is discounted I'll have just enough time to get the about 5k bc and start saving for S chrome. If not, might just have to stick to just getting 2B cause I'll miss out on S Chrome if I get the other 10k to get A2 to SS and I don't rly wanna do that.

its probably better off on alpha if you dont have 4 frederick on her already. But for A2, patton has more passive uptime compared to the 8 second cooldown for 4 frederick passive.

yes, nier is a separate type of banner so pity form other banners dont carry over.
A Souls like game that has ha DMC play style and a Nier setting and gameplay mechanics will have a Nier collab with free booba tank. sign me up, I'm all in

I am f2p and I have 24k bc but I want to take the alpha skin ... so by the release of the collab I will have the right BC to take 2B and the weapon of A2 ... But I would like A2 SS, there will be some offers that it will allow me to take it SS even if I don't have the necessary BCs (and without taking bundles with a prohibitive cost)
Then I was also wondering if 9s SS was essential for the team or if it could be skipped. My final idea of the nier team (also taking advantage of the reruns) is to get to this point

You can do that yes, as long as you don't unlock a2 with shards.
I am newbie F2p(only 0.99$ kuji no sada) with dark team(vera, luna {by re-roll}, kamui S) and have around 18k bc.
Should I :
- Pull only 2B (10.5k bc) to make base S + 5 stars weapon physic team
- Or pull Alpha on anniversary banner (around 10K bc since have 5k event ticket), then make team with Liv B+ nanami B and pull Rosetta in near future, and their sig.weapon too.
What choice you reccommend?

Base nier esp if you dont have alpha and nier is also limited. You'll need another team for future gamemodes.

I play PGR on LDplayer and when I hold down the doge button and move foward, A2 does not do the sliding animation but just run What do I do ?

I Have SSS A2 and S 9S along with their non-resonate 6 star weapons(I was lucky asf to get both of em in 2nd 10 pull) along with S 2B as well. Haven't build 2B yet as I'm still farming the memories.

for now A2 SS with 20(remaining event shards from 50) + 30(SS refund shards) = 50 shards, 40 shards will remain for SSS.
i mean i'll 2ed pull A2 for more 30 shards on rerun instead of 328 RC bundle, also 2ed pull for 2B for SS on rerun as well.

Probably. Nier should arrive in a month and 2B 2 weeks after that. Then you have ~3 weeks to pull.

I created acc 4 days ago. Got 2 a2 from gacha, got b2, got signature for a2. Didn’t even top up. Atm thinking bout insane luck or smth. Everything I got for ~12k bc, 10 episodes of story mode
I got all of em to sss with sig specifically for that switching experience and man it’s still tough to keep berserk up. Can’t get it all the time. Sometimes I can’t even switch cause A2’s berserk is falling too fast and I end up doing an A2 carry just to keep it going.
Make sure you swap out when spear/shield gauge is high and try to procc a2 qte as much as possible

@@proselytized he explained in the video that during A2 QTE she pauses the decline of her gauge so you can keep her form up way easier. Without double QTE its not really possible to maintain the rotation at least b4 full SSS team.

This is going to sound insane but, should i skip 2B right now and wait for the rerun? I heard that in the rerun when you pull someone you get an extra 30 shards, so if i pull 2B in the rerun thats a free SS, but if i pull her on the current she'll only be S. The only downside to this plan is that i'll literally be sitting here with no 2B waiting for the rerun while everyone else enjoys their nier team. Approximately how far away is the rerun btw? Also, im planning to SSS A2, but if i push through with skipping 2B now in favor of the rerun, how badly will A2's performance suffer?

Base S is just rotate between all the characters, there isn't really a set one.

It depends, CN got it ~5 updates later, TW got it in ~3. We won't know exactly when for global.

I know that means that she won't have any synergy but I tend to lean more towards using favourite characters and optimising them rather than a specific meta team, so I'm wondering if she's still viable without 2B and 9S in the team?

Their weapons are 80% chance on their banner, the good thing is that the off-rate weapons are the other two collab weapons
