Mills 50 and Ivanhoe village are situated just north of downtown Orlando. Specifically, directly to the west of Interstate 4 and State road 50 otherwise known as Colonial BLVD. And the Mills 50 District is named so because it surrounds the Mills Avenue close to wear it intersects with Colonial BLVD or State Road 50. Hence the name, Mills 50.
Ivanhoe Village is named so because the mainstream is situated on Orange Avenue and along the eastern side of Lake Ivanhoe. Ivanhoe village is in the middle of Mills Ave and Interstate-4 and is only a 1/2 mile from Mills avenue. This makes it one of the very few walkable neighborhoods in Orlando.
The Mills 50 area is literally surrounded by some of the most sought after towns in the Orlando metro. There is College park, Winter Park, Baldwin park, and Downtown Orlando. It’s only a 10 minute drive to each of these neighborhoods again making the Mills 50 and Ivanhoe Village area ultra convenient location to call home.
In-between Mills 50 and Baldwin park are two quaint neighborhoods called Audubon and Colonial Town or sometimes called Coy Town. Each of these neighborhoods have very similar qualities. Virginia Drive is another Main Street connecting Mills 50 to Baldwin Park that features even more dining and hopping options.
Many of the neighborhoods here were established in the mid 1900’s which why there are still quite a few craftsman and bungalow style homes as well as block-construction mid-century ranch-style homes. As of the past 20 years, there has been a renaissance of replacement homes of which we see more modern townhomes and newer two story single-family homes. There is a bit of diversity in the home styles in these neighborhoods and certainly not a cookie-cutter neighborhood by any stretch.

I have pricing in some of these. The issue with doing so is that prices change often. Here is a link to current available single-family homes in the areas of this video: cmps.re/x2iZcH2

Hi. Yes, if you’re referencing the historic district of Downtown ST Pete, then Thornton Park to Delaney Park have similar style homes.
If you’re considering the volume of luxury high rises, Orlando does not have this. There are a few nice condos like the Sanctuary for an example that is also close to Thornton Park.
This is probably the closest example to Downtown ST Pete. Hope that is helpful
