I am so glad you didn't put Izuku in a suit and actually designed him a pretty original looking costume, well done
certainly one of the best designs and I enjoyed the backstory of each one in addition to the contrast in the design of some such as Iida becoming Stain, Tokoyami becoming Spinner and Mina and Uraraka having a design more on the alien side than astronaut, not to mention the design of 1A's Big 3 where Bakugou, Todoroki and Midoriya looked incredible and the designs really suited them as well as everyone else

Even in Villain AU, Jiro maintains her status as the 'normal one' lol. Honestly, I don't think I can pick a favorite design out of this bunch, they're all so interesting!

I’m not sure, but with ochako’s personality as a villain just adds up well with her design. There’s something uniquely nostalgia about only seeing her eyes with her mask on.
I like that Izuku formed his own group. The MLA/PLF wouldn't really appeal to him because, you know, quirkless. But the only sorta quirkless groups to join are the Creature Rejection Clan, who are just anti-mutant racists, and humarise, who are an anti-quirk cult that for some reason are led by quirk-users. His mask looking like a hockey one also makes me think of Casey Jones from TMNT. Normal dude trying to fight super-powered folks. Also Iida looks SICK. Man got the Ninja Gaiden glow-up.

Your take on villain Deku is VERY unique and different in terms of looks and backstory, love your originality and it works so well^^!
The story behind it reminds me a little of the Anyone fanfic - Deku raising an underground group to help quirkless and quirked people who don't/can't trust heroes. Good read.
That part about Shoto is actually quite spot on to what he could of become had he of been consumed by his own emotions towards his father.
Villain AU is always incredible to see.
The reason why Bakugo became a villain:
Everyone found out that be bullied Izuku and told his childhood friend to jump off a building. Enraged, the BakuSquad disbanded and cut their ties with him. All Might eventually found out and began showing compassion towards Midoriya. Principal Nezu also heard the news and expelled Bakugo from UA Academy. With nowhere to go, Bakugo tries to go home but Mitsuki kicks her son out of the house. With his dreams of being a hero shattered and crushed beyond repair, Bakugo finds himself in front of AFO. After joining the LOV, he vowed revenge on Midoriya.
Not bad at all. I like the reversal in Ashido & Uraraka, the former becoming more cold & stoic, and the later being more alien instead of astronaut.
And i love Izuku here, which is atypical to the usual Evil!Izuku in fanfics. I would love to read this version's manga.
There is a MHA fanfic called I Dont Run an Orphanages whose OCs could use your drawing them. Just remember that most of OPCs are still children, not a teenager yet

And that part reminds me where Ashido attempted to called herself "Alien Queen" as a hero name. But Midnight doesn't like that name. So she called herself "Pinky" instead.
My favourite designs have to go to the Big 3 + Tokoyami. I love all the designs and backstories tho they are really creative and well thought out. Though if I had to pick an all time favourite for both design and backstory, it would go to Deku. I've always thought he'd make the most interesting villain and from the mask, to the haircut, to the outfit everything fits so perfectly
I really can't wait to see the Demon Slayers+ the Hashiras as pro heroes, them again as vigilantes and the Demons + Hantengu's emotions as villains in the My Hero Academia version, after you made the My Hero Academia villains as pro heroes. Looking good!

I LOVE the old school Alien/Space vibe that Uchaco's design has! That headpiece is amazing XD
Mina and Kiri's new looks are really awesome too! Him not using hair dye anymore really says a lot too.
Iida just looks plain cool. Minimizing his armour and adding a sword.
The jacket look really works for Bakugo. And with the collar/neckpiece and mask, really balances 'hero' and 'villain' well for a Vigilante.
Shoto's design is very nice too! A bit understated, a bit edgy. Fitting XD
Denki, Jiro and Tokoyami's looks are so cool too :D Tokoyami's story is sad, but I love that Street vibe Jiro and Denki have.
Izuku has such a VIBE to him! Definitely get the urban fighter feel.

My hero academia UA students as animals and Tokoyami as a human. Meaning human faced instead of bird headed. The amount of human to animal mix is up to the artist.
I know vigilantes are villains in the more lawful side of the society but I wouldn’t call them villains. Sure maybe some like Mina who actually kills them but tenjia for example kills people who are killer themselves ( at least that’s what I assumed cause they are like stain ) and I’d say some of them aren’t really villains. Sure good viallains are somewhere true in what they are saying but still this just feels like heroes wich arent registered as official heroes.

I honestly love the fact that Izuku is Quirkless, cause I feel that the series would work a bit better if he was Quirkless or had a very weak Quirk.

I always thought Katsuki should've become a villain in the canon story. Because, that would've been great for the plot. Like he's always competing with Deku to see who could be the better hero. So he would've thought that if no one would respect him as a hero, then they would have to fear him as a villain.
Katsuki has never acted like a hero, more like a tyrant berserker who only seeks strong enemies to mow down. Especially with his hero name: Great-Explosion-Murder-Death-God-King-Violent-Slaughter-I'll-F*****-Murder-You-Explosion-Death-Murder-Murder-something-something (IDK the epithet is long and stupid). The great Stan (The Man) Lee once said, "Superheroes don't kill people, they save people."
I also don't get why he's SO popular among the fans. Recently I learned the source of that traces back to when a bunch of horny girls on the internet fantasized about him being their abusive boyfriend.

Well, I'm not a Quirkless Deku Fan and Aoyama get a Quick, but Deku not? Not really fair.
My Head Canon for Villain Deku (Note: it's just my Head Canon):
All Might has chosen Izuku as his Successor and give him One for All. But the Hero Commission wasn't agree with the Symbol of Peace's Decision, a Boy with Lack of Charisma and claimed One for All from Izuku.
All Might refused and meant, it doesn't matter that his Boy hasn't Charisma - for the old Hero is the Heart of a Hero more important than stupid Commercialization. Unknowing, with the Statement was his Death Warrant. By Intrigue from the Hero Commission All Might lost his Life and Deku was accused for his Death. Deku had no Choice and he must fled.
Alone and hunted from Heroes, Deku decided to join the Liga of Villains and but hid his Quirk from them and told Shikaraki he (Deku) is quirkless. He did it, because his Instinkt (the First) guessed it.
With the Time Deku was more a Friend for the Villains, espectially for Shikaraki.

I think I did the Phantom Troupe as Espadas before but I think that's 2 yrs ago..

Why are some of them viglantes. Viglante =/= villan. Those sre different things.
In the MHA verse, vigilantes are equalized to villains due to illegal quirk overusage. In this video, it's also stated that Bakugo's group attacks BOTH heroes and villains.
