    Investors in stock market say that PSX is under valued and real estate is crap because it is not adding any value to economy. Real estate guys say PSX has no value real estate is the new gold. Why are our experts so dishonest and just want to sell their product and not tell the complete truth.

      Nothing against psx or trading stocks I’m just saying right now anyone entering the market will do so because of FOMO and that shouldn’t be the reason why you get in because a common man doesn’t know how pump and dumps work in stocks. Trade on the stock exchange but first understand how the stock market works that’s my only advice.

      @@owaiskb Brother how can you claim that right now pump and dump is happening. What is your reasoning behind it? Many reputable analysts have written white papers on the projections of PSX and it is still undervalued and reason behind the current rally is that the stocks are just moving towards their fair market value. So, please either provide some evidence or stop saying stuff you do not know about. I am also invested in real estate but that does not mean that I should start making false claims about other asset classes.
      I do understand that at some point there will be correction in market but that does not mean it is pump and dump.

      ​@@owaiskb by that logic, there is fraud rife in real estate market so one should stay away too until he has done due diligence? What kind of due diligence should be done in real estate when there are social media groups filled to thousands with "dha x society affectees" "bahria town y society affectees" which are two of the most respectable societies in Pakistan? Plus market is rife with well known property dealers looking to make a quick buck by fooling investors and future house owners into buying dogcrap like blue world, mvida, and abdullah city.
      Like another brother said here psx has backing of reputable analysts and you should not be biased in your claims.

    Absolutely useless discussion with no linkage with on ground realities. All business including real estate is dependent on rule of law, corruption, inflation, consistency of rules/regulations, taxation and many other factors. Don't mislead the uneducated masses.

    10:00 the reason for banks doing that is to maintain their ADR above 50percent to avoid paying extra taxes not because they want to incentivise to invest in real estate , have some knowledge please before making such stupid statements

      But those taxes are imposed on banks so they make sure to have a higher ADR, an intentional attempt to incentivize the private sectors...including the real estate.

      if you are looking for 3000 sq. feet in askari then yes. a good 2000 sq feet apartment costs around 3.2 crore in reasonably good area (not defense and clifton)

    REIT is the future of Real Estate. Kindly invite Mr. Muhammad Ejaz CEO Arif Habib Dolman City Reit and Mr. Ali Asghar TPL REIT. Fractional investments are also good if these can be investor friendly, easy entry & exit with great projects.
