The bigger of those 2 bedrooms could be split into two small ones if you needed 3 bedrooms. Big bedrooms are such a waste of space for a few hours when you are asleep IMO ! I wonder if the low lying nature of that house compared to the sea level is an issue - that struck me right away - even tho the sea is not very close - it wouldn't take much sea rise or huge waves to find the water in that house !
I thought I had seen this one before, think I asked about the garden and how it looked like it was just open plan into everybody elses garden either side. Is that a fridge in the bedroom, is there no room in the kitchen? Love the quirkiness of this property and that location is stunning ❤❤❤❤❤❤. Is it true that if you are from England buying a property in Scotland that you would not be considered a serious buyer unless you have personally been to view the property? Heard that recently on another video.

@markgollan There's a bench near that cottage, facing the bay. My bench I call it. Anyone visiting Cromarty, should sit there, and just enjoy the view. Even in the depths of winter, there's a magic there...
