Wish you a great trip, highly recommend the breakfast buffet at the "Glass Court" restaurant, I think it's 1 of the best in Tokyo.
How long does it take to walk from Shinjuku Station to the hotel?
there are like 200 exits in Shinjuku, in general I say about 10 to 15 min from the moment you get off the train to the hotel front door
