Pro tip from a chef. Table or so spoon of Greek yogurt, splash of pb2 and some lemon juice with roasted broccoli and toss together with olive oil and S/P

😅😂 don’t recommend eating the whole box but yes worst case scenario you will definitely hit your protein goals!!
Dang I didn’t see those at any of the Costco’s I been to lately :( but I did get some keto cereal that has 11g complete protein :o thanks for the video my Costco’s don’t carry the isolates either but they have gold standard which is ok for me wanted to try the combat just because but if you say it doesn’t taste good then I’ll pass

Try the keto cereal I forget what it’s called but Costco usually has it. Mix with sugar free coconut milk Ohhh yeah Catalina crunch. It’s 👌

I toss the nuggs in G Hughes sweet Thai chili sauce. Also cook the nugs on a higher heat for a few mins at the end to crisp them up and make them less chewy :)

I actually use the premier protein shakes as coffee creamer. I get cans of cold brew from Costco or make my own and use like half a premier shake and some Walden farms syrup and it’s like decadent.
I’ve been doing the same thing recently and a huge fan of it👌
