Yep, this is Unity3d. The full version has "pro" water which I guess has more options and proper reflections and everything. This is the basic water but you can still do quite a bit by playing around with lighting, etc.
I used the Mathf.Sin function to calculate a small amount to rotate the camera at a variable "bobbing" speed. So, it's technically wave-based but has nothing to do with the waves on the water. Not very accurate but it's a quick and easy way to get the effect!

Nope. It's really just the free water with tweaked settings/lighting, etc.
