Would you say that the WS Avatar V2 has better daytime image (recording) than the Avatar Pro Kit? I know the Pro Kit is touted for it's night time camera, but was wondering if that makes it less quality than the V2 Kit version.
Somwhere in comments on another video I answered this completely, but shortly yes HD V2 daytime image feels better than HD PRO daytime image. Why? I can not tell exactly.
33.39.10. i am using it from the moment I bought the avatar and it works without any problems so I won't change it for a long time. Yes it is recorded in 4:3 mode and if you show the edges of picture in gyroflow than you can see that 16:9 picture fits perfectly in it after lens correction. :)
@@VincentFPV Im using the same, 33.39.10 and the new Mk2 VTX on my plane though, not quad. So the footage is much more unstable of course. So, to recap, I need to set my Camera to 4:3 mode and this will make it record in the same 4:3 format giving way more vertical lines? Then after , render the video in 2160 Widescreen Mode? I've not had much success or experience using Gyroflow, but your results are very impressive...!!!...😯😯😯😯😳😳😳😳😃😃 Where do I find the Hermes lens profile?....version of Gyroflow I'm using is 1.5.2...?
@@EnglishTurbines you can record in 16:9 but the stabilized footage should be then around 21:9. If you record 4:3 the result will be in 16:9 and bigger FOV. But you will a bit worse quality because it will still be 1080 vertical bat 1440 horizontal on the 4:3 source.
@@VincentFPV Thanks for that, but your recording in 4:3 mode because you prefer the view for quad flying rather than 16:9?....OR is there an advantage overall recording in 4:3 mode?....🤔😳
@@EnglishTurbines I sent 2 links, one is 4:3->16:9 and second 16:9->21:9. I prefer 4:3 ( bigger FOv) for freestyle and 16:9 for cinematic and long range
Thanks for providing the footage🙌. Looking forward to upgrade my analog system.
Why you dont have your props in the cam ???
Because I wouldn't look good on the footage. :)
The v2 gyroflow is easy the best camera ,the 4/3 is so cool, and weird when you gyroflow to 16.9 but even thats cool, nice vid❤🫡

What firmware are you running in the Walksnail camera?....recorded in 4:3 mode?...🤔🤔🐱😳
