Once again the man delivers! You certainly put a magnifying glass and expound on it where textbooks and standard learning tools just gloss over it. Thank you very much Ninja Nerd
A Young man, who really knows his subject, I am a therapist, and live to study this stuff, but, this guy is incredible, what a brain he has, live people like him who know their subject.
Zach you are making me go to medical school..... as a genomics scientist and ever wanting to learn, I am so happy to have found your incredible lectures!!! Simply the best!
How many times are you going to win the only heart I have. This guy is really a god gift for medical students around the globe. Huge Respect and love from Germany :)
I just survived thyroid storm, I'm still at home recovering from it, after being the hospital for a long time... enjoying watching your videos so I can understand this better.. I had no idea I even had a overactive thyroid and I go to docs , they just never tested it..
This video was AMAZING. My professor's notes are so scattered, we never know where he stops one section and begins the next. THANK YOU for putting this together so well!!!
You are a life saver! The way my lecturers explained it never seemed to make sense to me. The way you go through the whole process step by step is super helpful. Now I now how to T4 and T3 are synthesised and I'm confident for my exam. Thank you!
This is pure gold - Read my physiology book and didn´t understand much - untill i watched this video. Now the books is easily understood! Thank you very much - and please - please - never stop making these videos!
I’m relatively new on this channel and I’m finding it a terrific resource in learning the things I need to know. I have Panhypopituitarism, have had it for over twenty years but I’m still learning all of the factors involved in maintaining one’s life when one’s pituitary gland is basically nonexistent. Thank you so much for helping me to understand as much as possible regarding my medical plight! Best regards from Kathryn Featherston 😊🎓☺️🧠
Dear Dr Zach, your teaching styles are so awesome! I’d already wacthed entire of Biochemistry, Microbiology, İmmunology, Cell Biology sections, and currently on in Physology. You and your team doing a great job! Keep going on!
The numbered recap at the end was super helpful in organizing the main bullet points. Thanks for all your amazing work! Because of you, medical school isn't just about memorizing anymore. You're the man! Also I saw you wear some UH gear in one of your videos, go Warriors!!
oh my god, you are AMAZING. I'm new to your channel. I am currently studying endocrinology for my physiology class, and you are a lifesaver! My prof's notes are so vague, and he talks so fast during lectures that it is hard to write down all the extra information he says to clarify the notes. But your videos, really help to fill in those missing gaps that are in the notes my prof posted. I am officially not scared of my final exam anymore. I subscribed. Thank you so much, you have made my day!!
This video is so amazing!! You go into all the wonderful details without making it overwhelming. I’m currently reviewing for my vet school finals and this was pure perfection.
Literally every topic I start I come here for your video’s, reading alone I can’t absorb but I watch your videos and it all clicks into place, thank you for helping me pass my degree, I don’t think I could do it without you💓
Thank you for these videos. You don't know how many times your videos actually saved me from flunking my previous semester, I have seen your videos from biochemistry up to here. Thank you for your hard work! Sincerely, A Struggling Med Student.
~You are amazing...getting your point across in the simplest way possible....YOU should or maybe you already are an instructor....thank you sooooo-much for everything young man. Teaching is your gift.
My mind is blown on how scientists have actually studied this not to mention the 500 kazillion other things in our body. You are a really intelligent guy. Geesh
Sir, I am a fan of your teaching...You explain complex things so simply it's amazing...Thanks for making these videos, please make more of these videos.
I have a small correction for a very small mistake in the video After the cleavage of T4 and T3 from thyroglobulin, T4 and T3 won't have a vesicle around them, because they actually lipid soluble, so they will just diffuse from the thyroglobulin vesicle (which is made primarily from lipid) to the cytosol, then they will diffuse also through the cell membrane to the bloodstream. Thanks so much for your videos they are really helpful.
@ Ninja Nerd Science, during coupling process of iodothyronine residues @ 16:15.. MIT+DIT is a reverse T3 of which is biologically inactive. The only Active T3 (Triiodothyronine) coupling residues is DIT+MIT. Thank You.
18 dislikes are the school professors who are losing students to this guy... Your work is incredible man.
