- More relaxing POV photography using the new Vivo X100 Pro! Today we visit Osaka Castle, and have a bit more of a longer form, kind of walk along style video as well. Just the sounds of nature and people enjoying themselves on a nice warm day here in the city.

A bit of a longer one today! I wanted to try a more raw experience, and it was quite a nice day, so please let me know if you like this style more! A little longer, no music while shooting, etc.

I use a GoPro but really any camera that you can attach to yourself would work

For the POV I use the latest GoPro with their chest mount
Have you tried putting a Moment 2X lens on top of the 100mm?
I have! It doesn't work too well. BUT. I have another video coming soon about a sort of super telephoto lens for phones that does kind of work with the 100mm

I have make are break from my Xperia 1 V, and now I am using the Xiaomi 14 Ultra with the Quad camera 50 MP Leica lenses Set up. And the photos are soo great.
I'd love to try the 14 Ultra as well. Seems like a great device! I still like the 1V's form factor though. So lightweight and easy to use for my poor tiny hands

would love to see a similar video to this wehre you overlay screen recording of the phone to see how you frame shots

I was hoping you would use those filters 😢
after the 4k front facing camera system updated my x100 pro stopped exposing sun shots how its meant to, the sun now just appears pure white and blown out, any advice would be great as to how to fix this!
My device hasn't even gotten the 4k update, I think the international and Chinese versions are running totally different firmware, so I'm sorry I can't help?

are you using, Zeiss Natural, textured, or vivid?
I just saw around 16:50, you are on PRO mode but all auto right? I tried just now, PRO mode vs PHOTO mode has different results. uhm... PRO seems more natural.
Please let me know your opinion on why you use PRO instead of the PHOTO mode?
and are those photo post-edited?
I always shoot raw + jpeg and edit the raws for photos I post online. But when I use jpeg shots I always use Zeiss natural. I quite like the way it looks
I guess that really is the pro way. Thanks for the reply! I guess for someone like me who just posts for fun, I'll stick mostly in Photo mode. But I'll be sure to try all other features of this great phone.

They're all using pro mode with RAW + JPEG with the raws being edited in Lightroom mobile
Can you do a video of x100 pro for a night time shots
Including a full astrophotography shot as per my research google pixel used to capture more stars ...so have to test out these new camera beasts

Which filter are you using? Is it a built-in filter in the camera app? Or editing after taking the pics?

I'm very surprised that you switched to vivo x100 pro. I thought you only use sony phones. To be honest, the reason why I am surprised is that I am considering changing to this phone, so that we have many things in common.
I'm just in search of the best camera phone at the moment, and sadly Sony is far from that. I think the Vivo is currently one of the best there is
The Xperia 1 series is a very special phone. Its imaging system is like using a Sony camera. I bought its camera products because of this. However, the advantages of the Xperia 1 are limited to its main lens. The Vivo 100 Pro is indeed the best at the moment. It is a camera phone, but it has relatively lost the fun of operating it like a camera.@@ShibiChan
Sony is releasing rumored with 3 lens also with 48MP, the current Xperia V has only 1 main sensor only 48MP
Xiaomi 14 ultra has same camera sensor and lens they just tweaked compared to 13 ultra
Vivo x100pro also same as x90, v3 chip and Zeiss tuning and T star coating makes the edge from vivo . But Vivo also has cons , pictures are soft some scenes.
Oppo and honor phones we don't have much guarantee in their software update support after 2 or 3 years ..a good brand will always push frequent updates 😊
