Question, if you do pre treat concreate, driveway ( ect) do I still need to use more chemichals when I use my surface cleaner?

No you don't! We rinse, apply the pre treatment, then use the surface cleaner. In this video, you'll see that the dirt is already coming up with just the pretreatment alone: ua-cam.com/video/_rT6JG6L4fU/v-deo.html Then we go in with the surface cleaner to get everything.
