I think this is a good cover of the setup in restroom cleaning, in my case I’ve been doing cleaning at a school and to avoid putting dirty microfibre cloths in the cabby, I actually have a insulated backpack (easier to wipe inside) nothing big but just somewhere to put dirty cloths after use so not going to and back when cleaning. Also at a hospital when cleaning I use toilet cleaner for some toilets that have a build of limescsle etc. problem is toilets get used often do I kinda cheat by putting a ‘toilet blocked/out of order’ it isn’t but some of stains need a good 20 minutes of toilet cleaning solution.

Some of the cons of these machines are, training staff on these machines is crucial otherwise these get abused sometimes also result property damage. If something goes wrong with the machine its expensive to repair and finding good technician or proper customer care from manufacturers is other battle. But on the positive side of things, they definitely increase productivity.

If I’m asking a client or talking with a client, what are your biggest concerns are in prequalifying, And you eventually get out of it they don’t show up on time, Cleaning hasn’t been good etc When we get to a point where you’re going over all the pain points and clarify that you’ve covered everything and you ask them what else do you need from us in order to do business with you? Or however, you go for the close Without being a salesman. At that point they bring up well you gotta bring the price down, I would go into it with more questions. Price your biggest concern when hiring new company? What is your budget (assuming they didn’t answer this question before or wouldn’t give you the information). I would also work on skillfully and being very genuine answering the question, With questions and also Making a statement with a question back to the customer. Let’s pretend his name is John, Understand that the extra $400 a month seems higher to you and you want the best deal possible, You have told me your concerns are not showing up on time and the level of cleaning not needing to be where it is at, If all these needs can be met for you is it worth an extra $400 a month? If John say no, You have to be prepared to respectfully and professionally ask John why it’s not worth it. Understand you don’t think that it’s not worth the extra $400 a month. I’d like to ask you why don’t why don’t you think it’s not worth it, We’re going to days a week that is 20 days a month, That is an extra $20 per visit. We want to be able to service you the way we should And provide all the things the other other Company was not providing, We have given you a very fair price to ensure that you’re getting a good deal and also providing the level service that you’re going to need, I’m not able to get to the number, however I might be able to do a little something for you if I could do at least a little something or you gonna be prepared to work with us so that we can provide all this? We just wanna make sure that we’re getting the right and going to be able to service you because we don’t wanna get into a situation like last Company and have employees punching the clock and cutting corners, Because they’re on the schedule with the amount of hours were given to do this. We have learned that we don’t need practice cleaning. We need to make sure that we’re setting up the correct amount amount of hours in order to provide a good service. That’s why we’ve came up with this number because we realize that’s what it’s going to need. So if we can Help you with a small discount, We won’t be able to meet the phone hundred dollars, but if we can meet you with some type of discount, are you going to be able to work with us? That was a lot, but this is how I would handle that situation. It’s a way of walking on a path make a mineralize the business from your standpoint and ultimately how you have came up with the amount of hours what it provides you’re not selling benefits of being great and all other stuff you’re just making the client see this company needs this many hours in order to fulfill the service properly and also your pointing out that the other company was not able to do that, Possibly because they didn’t have the right amount of hours allocated to their facility properly. This in return psychologically set up to make the client realize perceived value that maybe you actually know what you’re doing compared to the past company

Stealing a piece of candy? I'm retired now, but over my 40+ years in the workforce, some employees kept candy dishes on their desks, and it was usually either noted or implied that others can take from them. Heck, even I did this until I was snacking too much and putting on weight! One day, I went to see an employee in another department. However, she and her co-workers had left for the day, and the place was deserted. On my way out, I helped myself to a piece of candy from a jar on a desk whose occupant (gone for the day) had previously given me permission to help myself. A few days later my supervisor met with me and told me I had been captured on video taking that candy. She was quite angry with me. The video cameras were in place because that department had experienced thefts of more expensive items such as coats. No, I didn't get fired over this. My departure from that company years later was via a genuine layoff, and they were sorry to lose me. It has always seemed like a petty complaint to me, but it made me more careful about such things over the rest of my working life. I also think that my previous supervisor, who had retired, would have said something to me like, "I know this sounds petty, but company management says I have to talk to you about this. Just don't do it again."
