Why no chimney in kitchen ? Its a must have for kitchen for good health and fanning out the heat and fumes.
Above hob, there is a window as well as an exhaust fan & On that site ventilation is too good.

You can get this in big handle shops.
Amazing interiors. But I have to say, for a "Master” bedroom, thats seems quite small.
Actually master bedroom size is the biggest from all other rooms.

interior good but flat layout really bad, no proper foyer and living room given by the builder

Id team You have done a very good work.. no doubt.. but the design of the house is pathetic.. Raymond design sucks... builder architecht failed to provide good designed home to people... also the unwanted cross windows in every room has pathetic placement.. the view from bjg windows could have been good.. but other than kitchen no wide or panoromic view is visible, it is narrow.. i think whomever bought it for better view they understood what I mean.. anyways congrats but not happy with builder work
