Julia you NEED to try the colorescience Sunforgettable Total Protection Face Shield Flex SPF 50. I just know you would be obsessed with it!! I have completely replaced all foundations with this and it looks like skin but with alittle coverage, i even got hooked on their color correcting spf eye cream and their spf cream blush stick. I've loved all of your foundation recommendations like the sephora one and so on and this one i'm telling you is soooo good!! Especially with a newborn!

The lume deotorant in the “clean tangerine” scent is amazing. It prevents the odor. Only thing that works for me and washing with ACV on pits in shower. Thank you for the advice on the constipation. I’m 9 weeks and absolutely miserable with constipation. I couldn’t stomach the smooth move today but I’ll try again. I have tried the magnesium citrate when I’m backed up but it hasn’t helped. I’ll try taking daily like you do. What were the other two things you take?

I just want to say, you probably need to be prepared for your relationship with fitness and food to change after having a baby. Things you did easily before pregnancy might become very hard to do after labor & delivery & newborn, and that can really take a toll on your mental health. It wont always be hard, but when your not sleeping through the night, the days feel like they last forever. Speaking from experience!
To recreate that salad is a great talent. Life truly is simple things.

Same.... I have a Blue Heeler and Pittie! I have to wash the sheets, comforters, and couch covers at least once a week!
We have a GSD has well! But we don't allow her on our bed...we used to, but yes she does shed badly and she takes up way too much room!
