When I was pregnant i had a huge awakening realizing how crazy it is that I could look in the mirror and feel beautiful seeing my bump being pregnant, but couldn't see the beauty of my body before not having a flat stomach. That had to have been the wildest realization. It's sad our brains are so programed to see fat when we look in the mirror and have a little belly and don't see a flat stomach but when we are pregnant seeing ourselves start to show is so magical and beautiful. I hope I am explaining this good. I hope other women experience this realization too. It really helped me after pregnancy to appreciate my body and the changes it was capable of and be comfortable in my skin with a postbaby body!
I had the same experience! I'm five month postpartum and I love my body! Including my softer belly. I'm still 10 lb past my pre pregnancy weight and don't feel rushed to lose it. I'm so grateful for what my body created

Idk how old you are but I put it down to her age, makes me feel better anyway 😂. I could run circles around people until I turned 33 now I’m almost 35 and have zero energy. I also have a major chronic stomach Illness though.
No disrespect to Julia because I love her but we can’t deny the truth that the reason why she has TIME/ENERGY to do all these things comes down to the fact that she is privileged (not her fault). Hunter is great support system (as he should be) and he takes care of a lot of their household things. Don’t forget She’s incredibly blessed to work from home. That’s something others don’t have the luxury to experience. So don’t be hard on yourself. You are not lazy … you just probably have a lot on your plate. ❤

@@sarahcowdrey9101 I also work from home and I also know what it’s like to work on site. It is a luxury compared to 1.3 million Americans who work in industries like warehousing that have to get up to work their 8 hours shift. The setup is different for everyone depending on the industry they work in. There are jobs that are harder than others. Each job has their own challenges. Being an influencer is not easy but also it’s a luxury compared to a regular Americans job. This was not intended to discredit the Hunters because I am a long time follower. However, it’s important to remind others of the reality that most of us live in the real world. So we are not so hard on ourselves when we compare our lives to an edited UA-cam video.
Im so happy for you both but so proud of Julia and how far you have come with accepting your body and the changes that comes with pregnancy. I will say though. You look stunning, healthy and happy and that is all positive for bubs and you make it look so easy, so lap it up! ❤

Enjoy heaps of wellness and pamper time Jules before the baby comes. Focus on your mental health and body image. Unfortunately after being a mum you go through alot of changes physically and mentally so if you are prone to anxiety it may escalate unless you prepare yourself and put in place good healthy mindset routines. Look after you self. Being a mum really brought me down to earth, not sweating the small stuff, how beautiful women’s body’s are and how powerful the gift of our body’s are to a newborns life.

Keep trying the Miralax! It can take a few days/doses to kick in, but it WILL WORK & it won’t make your stomach hurt. I’ve tried all & it’s IT. Plus my preschoolers have all taken it since infancy. So grateful it works so well!

I had so many fears around it like you said , worries , Insecurities and self esteem issues . I was SO hard myself pre pregnancy. I thought I was big and just not as attractive as I was. Now looking back I know how small I was and CRAZY to think I would always feel like I was never enough, or never fit enough. I had an amazing pregnancy and watching my body change through pregnancy made me realize that it’s ok to change, and the body will go through these phases. Post pregnancy I still had a hard relationship with my body but had to be much more forgiving. I had a slow and painful csection recovery, and going from being so active to nothing made me fall into a depression and I actually put on more weight AFTER the baby arrived then when he was in my belly LOL 😅 I’ve worked hard to work it back down which I have and now feel much more myself. Still changed, but more me. And this is all ok. Feelings will go up and down. Body relationship will go up and down. And it’s all OK!! You will feel yourself again, but with a much bigger appreciation for what your amazing body can do!!! Women are amazing.

Pregnancy constipation is actually something that should be talked about . While I was pregnant I started having problems like you eventually got horrible hemorrhoids, not fun while giving childbirth . I ate incredibly healthy. It’s more of a chemistry of each one of our bodies. You’re smart to deal with it from the beginning. I’m so proud of you. You’re gonna be the best mom ❤

Totally agree with the body image talk! We have struggled with infertility and were so blessed with our IVF miracle - I LOVE pregnancy. I had truly never felt more beautiful than I did pregnant. It’s such an incredible experience and you learn how to truly appreciate your body. So happy for you! 😊

Before your berries go bad you can just freeze them for smoothies if you don’t think you can eat them all in time.
