Thank u,recently i really love to see video tiny house from container but weeks ago i saw video said all tiny house is made from custom container. But today i really see the real one tiny house 100% from real container (not custom) step by step.n its beautiful🤩..
Bravo...
UA-cam is a University/College within itself. Wow! The knowledge i get from here. Thanks for sharing this wonderful knowledge as i attempt to build my airbnb container home.
I think this is really an amazing job done the materials use cost on what's done on the container is great it's eco friendly I would say and besides it's something different and unique

From an empty shipping container to a magnificent apartment. Adorable worker ! I wonder that how much are these building materials ( include: shipping container, pallets,..). Except the furniture). Thanks!
I would have insulated only the floor and the sides from the inside, more insulation could be added to the outside if necessary even on top. I wouldn t added that much reinforcement frameing because it only added weight to the overall structure, only around the windows and doors. If you want to reinforce the structural integruty i would have used x or triangle patterned frameing on larger devided sectoins that way it adds less weight. Later add solar paneles to the top with power wall and harvest rain water if possible with water filtration system for consumption and grey water system for higenic purposes. With the use of a hho generator heating could be solved as well. Sewer can be elemenated via a composting toilet and the use of grey water system. Backup generator could be used as an emergency power sourse wich could run of biodisel of hho. For transport the whole structure could be placed on a 4 wheeled semi truck trailer with liniary actuated pegs when in stationery position. This way you cold be totally off the grid. Awesome build! Congarts!
Mineral wool 15cm you have answered below, that's like 6 inches with both sides you'd be taking a foot off the internal space. Bathroom looks great, the hand basin could have been smaller with cupboard down the side for towels & linen or under the basin. Any hanging space in the bedroom? Nice job.
Coool indeed... probably the cheapest way to have own house! Two questions though... what was the plasticity like cover of the side walls and roof? Sound insulation? And how you fix the frameing - welding it?
The roof should be covered in either a torched down rubber roof material or the use of white fiberglass material used on mobile homes reflective in the summer and positive leak preventer
Nice job but I would have used Spray Foam installation in a metal shipping container instead of plastic vapor barrier The R-factor would higher. Think it would be a better lay out if 2 containers were joined together.
it is amazing work. However just wondering since you build a frame in the middle (between container wall and inside wall), how hard it is to just build a external wall instead of using a container? and you will have much bigger space and height to work with....
You are correct...it would be cheaper and easier just to build a traditionally framed house of the same size. Not many positive things about a container home vs a traditional home. People seem to think they are less expensive but they are wrong.
First you would need to lay/build foundation for the frame to be built on & then cover the external with brick, timber ect. With a container the external wall is there & you don't need a foundation unless you want it off the ground. So you only need to build the internal wall & ceiling frame, you couldn't live in a container without this wall ( some do I guess ). First you see the plastic sheet to keep out condensation, then mineral wool & last plaster board. To have a much bigger space & height is going to cost a lot more money.
I would prefer insulation from the outside. The steel construction of container needs to be insulated. As it gets hot and cold, it spreads and shrinks (causing troubles with tiles and plastering) and mainly transfers temperatures from the outside. You can give more insulation from the outside and you don't lose any space inside. Of course this way as it is done, it is a much cheaper solution.
This is only one way it's not the only way. Keep looking at other videos. The goal is to utilize the shipping container itself versus other materials to achieve the goal. However codes are different in every county.
Me confundí..... GOOD JOB!!!
Ummm I'll take one on the land I'll be buying, please, I see places put together every day for work and tbh I'm impressed. Seriously if you do start selling these or options to build them I'll want one asap.
Guaranteed to have massive mold and condensation issue because of the air gap between the metal and vapor barrier. Spray foam is the ONLY way to insulate a steel container. That’s how I built my container home and have zero issues.
@@mlgkontejneri3283 i see. I am in the US, it is allowed here. I experimented with various processes with mine and the only way I did not get condensation was spray foam. Maybe you have a different wrap material in Europe that works better
I would paint it first. Also I would use the cut out for locking steel doors and shutters. Your fish eye lens on your camera makes your building look like the sides are bowing out.
This is one of the best single container builds that i see so far!Dobro uradeno!

только забыли с другой стороны показать. Другой конец контейнера, напротив спальни. Там вроде при строительстве витражные окна с трех сторон были.
Как себя будет вести мин вата со прикасаясь с металом?

The best container conversion I've seen! Everything is done correctly, as per the professional standards. Well done!

Never seen a shipping container with a rubber roof
It's already waterproof. What is the purpose of the additional layer?
@@lvlikeyV INSULATION !
@@theou9252 you insulate the inside....not the roof. You can but it's kinda silly to do so.

its forbiden in our country because of not fire resistance...only mineral wool for getting premision and eco passport...
What is going to stop it from condensating moisture due to the air space between the outer steel wall and the vapor barrier?
