As we could all go and copy it with the versions we have? It could also set a benchmark for other speedrunners who lets be honest are all using old versions.

Direktor mode with mission skips just look at the run.
It means "on mission zero". GTA games have a mission flag, one meaning you are on a mission, zero meaning you are not on a mission. Without going into too much detail and possibly giving you false information it is used to skip missions.
Edit: what I should've said is that manipulating this flag is used to skip missions.

What is om0?
Onmission 0. Onmission is a variable that says if the player is on a mission or not. In a onmission category you can use the glitch that bugs the variable, so it thinks that you're NOT on a mission when you are. Speedruners use Cletus mission to do that. In a brief explanation, doing some of the Cletus mission, and then going on another mission lets you transfer the checkpoint progress to the other mission, so you're much futher into the mission or you complete it instantly. There are tutorials on yt how to set it up
Basically to sum it up it’s where you take the progress from one mission to another
