I found Simone's channel through JayzTwoCents and Barnacules Nerdgasm before I came across Tested's channel and thus I have been waiting quite some time for this to occur. Its pretty awesome to see you all in the same room together!
Yep that is correct and then later on Jerry stated that he was the one who got her in contact with norm. It's just a really cool tie in between some of my favorite youtuber's.
I'm super glad Simone has joined the Tested family! Great talks, topics, laughs, and new enthusiasm in mix. Can't wait to see what you three take on. Yay!
Welcome Simone! It's great to listen to Still Untitled now there's two of you who are makers and also Tested wouldn't be Tested without Norm's charm. Can't wait for the inevitable one day build collaborations. I know it's going to be awesome!
you guys are talking about building EXACTLY like I think about music and performing; really refreshing (& informing)! My stuff is roughly thought out (after years of learning my tools), and the venue and the audience change every performance. Going to love following you guys!
New camera angle really threw me for a loop! Very nice to see a different part of the cave. Also, I thought it was hilarious that Adam called us all "the kids" at 32:02 !
I'm so glad I stumbled on Simone back in August. It was just before she got big and I was like, why does this amazing woman only have like 1000 views on her videos. Well I'm glad to see that she made it :-).
Unlike many comments below, I don't have anything against Will, but for a first show together the Adam-Simone chemistry is amazing. I think they could keep each other going for hours. Norm valiantly trying to get them back on track once in a while was amusing too. I'm really looking forward to more from these 3. Plus more Patrick Norton material. He was the only thing I really liked on the old Tech TV channel.
I second that. I'm sure Will is a decent guy, and I wish him well in the future, but he annoys the crap out of me. I hope she is a replacement and not just a guest.
GeirGunnarss Meh... I dislike Norm less and less as time goes on. Half of the problem was that every time Norm would try to add anything Will (or Adam sometimes) would just run him over. So, you got a lot of half statements from him that usually just derailed what they were talking about. Then Norm would just smile and waive his hands and shut up for a solid 10 more minutes. I actually kinda feel bad for Norm sometimes.
You guys have mentioned SPACEX several times in this pod cast, and i know I guy who works there, Now he is not a high up guy, he really works in the trenches machining parts and things like that. He has worked on the blue Origen and many other crafts. He to me embody so the spirit of making and along with Adam, mythbusters, and tested is one of the main influences that got me into making. I'm not really sure what I started out wanting to say but to leave you with this making is one of the most important things that we can do in life, so just keep making ;)
+Tested I'm psyched to see you guys are branching out, first with Frank and now with Simone. I would like to request that for one of the next podcasts you place the camera on the other side of the table. I love seeing Adams display case, but would just as much enjoy a new view of his workshop.
I know for me whats helped with projects is to think of the process and the time doing something as the goal not the end project. Like with my big scratch built plane i wasnt really worried about it failing to fly on the maiden cause i had a lot of fun over the last year and learned a lot about it while building it.
I'm not gonna lie, I hadn't found out about Simone before the popcorn machine popped up on my UA-cam, but I also wasn't watching tested regularly, which has changed since then as I became a big fan of Adam's workshop, beeing a builder/problem solver in my own way. I was watching these videos and all I could find about Simone full of anticipation as I fell in love with the queen immediately and watching her arrive on the show finally was all dreams come true. She's such a perfect match for the team, smart, funny and delivering links for interplay that were missing before. Plus, with a woman like Simone on the show, it's imperative to watch it full screen. Never let her go!
Regarding the discussion of sushi, vegan Sushi is actually the basic sushi. Sushi, according to my former girlfriend and her mother, both Japanese, is vinegared rice that is often sweetened. My favorite is Inari Sushi, which is the rice in a shoyu fried bean curd pouch. No fish.
Pretty cool, chick! I love how solid her English is... one would never know she's a foreigner. I hope she posts or reveals her new "expressions" discoveries as the occur. Like "red eye!" Perhaps we'll see her build up her own shop.
Wow a whole 44 seconds that you had to waste to help support content you enjoy.

How does it help Tested if I watch 44 seconds of a sponsor video about a product I don't and never will give a shit about? They don't even know if I'm watching it or not. They get paid the same.
I'd absolutely love to see Adam visit DiResta and check out his workspace. he's a New York based maker. Restoring old furniture, making tools and the like, I'm sure Adam would like him, even if it's not movie props or costumes they'd be able to pick each others brains for hours! Jimmy seems like a genuine nice guy like Adam. Also: One day build with Adam and Simone please?
yeah, I dont like the site as much with Will gone. She's great but Will gave a better contrast because he fortunately didnt grow up in California. California is like the opposite of Texas, too far out there to appeal to the rest of the country on a daily basis but still the kinda Bat Shit Crazy that makes this a great country.... Its like Miami without the rich Culture and Heritage and almost like everyone takes mandatory Valium. Will represented 80% of the U.S., Maybe if you got Frank drunk on the show or Gary even licquered up it might work... You could tell that Will learned everything practically and wasnt taught things from a douchy "Artistic Millennial" Point of view. He put the work in and earned his knowledge.
Lived there for a year in Monterey. I went to Defense Language institute there, hated every minute I had off until I figured out I can go to Vegas for cheap. Was also stationed at ft hunter liggett for a while, great looking land and at least there I was allowed to shoot automatic weapons every weekend....to do that now I had to live in a free state.
As a comment to the discussion about having plans. "If you want to be a grocer, or a general, or a politician, or a judge, you will invariably become it; that is your punishment. If you never know what you want to be, if you live what some might call the dynamic life but what I will call the artistic life, if each day you are unsure of who you are and what you know you will never become anything, and that is your reward." -Oscar Wilde
I had a coworker who was from Poland and would say inappropriate things like that. Her excuse was always, "What? I'm European!" So, welcome Simone. We look forward to your europeanness.
Awesome chat, didn't know Adam had Norwegian ancestry. His grandfather must have left shortly after the dissolution of the union between Norway and Sweden. And Simone is correct, we are like siblings, rivalry with love :-)
Many girls in Stockholm sound a lot like Valley Girls even when speaking Swedish. At least her English does not have a strong Swedish accent - that would have made me cringe (more than I already do).
Glad to see Simone finally bring her insane brain to Tested. Is it me or does the camera make Norm look like a bobble head? That lense doesn't help much haha
@donttrythis on Failure big or small...remember, Edison didn't fail 1000 times to create the light-bulb, it was an invention with 1000 steps. Would love to be a part of the team! Norm - Keep up the keeping-them-on-trackness! HAHA Simone - Gorgeous in so many ways. Adam - My "obsessive maker of things" hero! Love you guys - keep up the good work!
Simone is the human version of Gadget from rescue rangers and is a perfect fit for tested. Great job tested hiring her!
oh no way! she totally is!!!!!
She seems to me like a hacker version of Hannah Hart (my drunk kitchen) .. at least on her channel she does
The dynamic of Adam going along with Simone's colorful humor against Norm's delicate sensibilities is my new favorite thing.
I found Simone's channel through JayzTwoCents and Barnacules Nerdgasm before I came across Tested's channel and thus I have been waiting quite some time for this to occur. Its pretty awesome to see you all in the same room together!
Me too, wasn't she on Tech Talk?
Yep that is correct and then later on Jerry stated that he was the one who got her in contact with norm. It's just a really cool tie in between some of my favorite youtuber's.
Absolutely love seeing Adam and Simone just vibing off each other like this! Very excited about the future of Tested.
2 minutes in and she's talking about Queefing...what a girl xD
I'll regret it if I google _queefing_ while at work, won't I? xD
Jesse Crandle
Luckily I don't have to watch this... just listen to it. Job saved.
that's the one
yes. Yes you will! XD.
A queef is a vagina fart basically XD. I think Norm wasn't too too sure either XD
I don't think my abs have ever hurt so much from laughing at this moment. Adam's genuine guffaw just added to it.
This is a super solid trio - look forward to seeing more of Simone on Tested!
I'm super glad Simone has joined the Tested family! Great talks, topics, laughs, and new enthusiasm in mix. Can't wait to see what you three take on. Yay!
25:54 "Adam never gives me this much attention" "Adam never smiles at me" "My feet hurt" "I wanna go home..." - Norm
Welcome Simone! It's great to listen to Still Untitled now there's two of you who are makers and also Tested wouldn't be Tested without Norm's charm. Can't wait for the inevitable one day build collaborations. I know it's going to be awesome!
YAY FOR Simone Giertz!!!!!! So glad she's part of the Tested team!! LOVE HER!
you guys are talking about building EXACTLY like I think about music and performing; really refreshing (& informing)!
Thank you!!! For bringing Simone. This channel really needed a girl, and it's awesome that it's a beautiful and intelligent one. Nice job tested!
Love her already. Let's go, Simone!
Simone @ 25:40: "I'm seeing the build process as getting to know idea" Brilliant way of putting it!
Been a tested fan for years and I haven't been more excited for this era of Tested. Lovely crew
Huh. Can't quite put my finger on it, but Will is looking extra nice today.
Have you tried removing the fingerware?
I'm so glad I stumbled on Simone back in August. It was just before she got big and I was like, why does this amazing woman only have like 1000 views on her videos. Well I'm glad to see that she made it :-).
Go Simone! Good luck in the states.
I got into Simone's channel by accident (she is awesome! keep it up Simone!), now Im sub to tested and I AM LOVING IT!
My Rule: Junk expands to fill available space.
Great convo, great addition to Tested, funny and inspiring, can't wait to see Simone's contributions to Tested!
This was a really nice episode actually, hope they stay as good :D
SO good to get to know Simone better, A wonderful video! Thanks!
I totally have a nerd crush on Simone. There,I said it.
the way Simone talks about the build process is how I view first drafts of stories - you're discovering the story and the setting.
I'd definitely like to see her on the podcast more often
Awesome... Love her already.. welcome to the team, I look forward to seeing you do more maker videos.
I really hope shes on every still untitled now.
Faaaaantastic, so glad to be rid of Will and great to finally see Simone in the group !
I second that. I'm sure Will is a decent guy, and I wish him well in the future, but he annoys the crap out of me. I hope she is a replacement and not just a guest.
I liked Will and the little I've seen of Simone hasn't been that good. But I hope she'll get better.
I like Simone. I like Will, too. What now?
Ivan Stroganov
Now you can enjoy the entire back catalog as well as the episodes going forward. You're in the best position possible.
GeirGunnarss

You guys are the best! We love you!
Yay! Simone is on!!
Simone is such a gem, I am so happy that she joined the Tested Team, ❤️❤️❤️ I can honestly say that her and Adam are my favorite makers out there :)
she and
She is really cool! Love from Norway!
Next year Ylvis will join tested ;)

I adore Simone!

Wheee more Simone ! Du är helt underbar
Best episode in a long time!!!
I know for me whats helped with projects is to think of the process and the time doing something as the goal not the end project. Like with my big scratch built plane i wasnt really worried about it failing to fly on the maiden cause i had a lot of fun over the last year and learned a lot about it while building it.
She's awesome! Very inspiring to just do what you want to do (not everything has to have supreme meaning!). Great talk!
Sooo good to see a Woman at Tested. Girl power ^^
amen!!!
I'm not gonna lie, I hadn't found out about Simone before the popcorn machine popped up on my UA-cam, but I also wasn't watching tested regularly, which has changed since then as I became a big fan of Adam's workshop, beeing a builder/problem solver in my own way. That pause from everyone after "Cats are such dicks...." was just priceless.
I couldn't stop laughing when that happened! ;-)
Made my day, a reply from *THE* Bonnie Burton!
Please bring Simone in as a regular on the podcast. This was hilarious !
finally, Simone is on tested!
Thanks for the shoutout to small makerspaces!
Love Simone!
This podcast is a blast! I must say I really enjoy that you film it as opposed to just recording the audio.
Coming home from work, eating a burger, it stopped raining and a new Still Untitled - Perfekt Timing!!!
"Lubricated in the perfect way" Simone 2016 :)
Pretty cool, chick! I love how solid her English is... one would never know she's a foreigner. I hope she posts or reveals her new "expressions" discoveries as the occur. Like "red eye!"
Perhaps we'll see her build up her own shop.
You guys have got to let these run longer. :) Every time I listen to one of these there's so much more ground to cover!
Tested just improved 10 fold with the addition of Ms. Yetch....... I mean Giertz! Welcome (back) to the states Simone. And great catch guys!
I love Simone!!!
YAY more Simone!
i love the way the one guy keeps on awkwardly looking at the camera
Simone's awesome! Can't wait to see more of her :)
Great addition to the show!
Man, can't wait what Simone comes up with at Tested ^_^
Will Will be back? I hope Will will be back
Alex that would be...What are things someone has never said?
Will works for another company now. He only pops in occasionally when he's not busy. With Simone on staff, I'm guessing he won't be on as much.
Will Will will Will back? We may never know...
Finally some love for Will! I like Will.
Yeah, right?! I'm really surprised by how many people here disliked Will :(
Simone is my new favorite
Yay Simone! Welcome!
"...love at first blink"
Awesome. :)
Nice! Good to get some new blood on the website
Välkommen, vad trevligt att se dig.
0:44 to skip the sponsor
You're wondering why advertising exists?
Wow a whole 44 seconds that you had to waste to help support content you enjoy.
How does it help Tested if I watch 44 seconds of a sponsor video about a product I don't and never will give a shit about?
They don't even know if I'm watching it or not.
They get paid the same.
Yeah they mention that out of goodwill for the sponcer, not because it can help them out. Negating it completely is a DICK MOVE.
I'm still not understanding who am I helping by doing it?
"Cats are dicks"- Adam Savage 2016 ... Amen to that
Pussies = dicks? Whoa.
Planning is like looking at a mountain, but it will never tell you the exact way to the top, and you may just climb another mountain instead.
I love Simone! only 2 min in she makes a dirty joke. LOL!
Some of my favourite people now working together. YAY!
Have Simone MAKE a battlebot. Like an amalgamation of all of her various shitty robots. It could be shitty robot Vultron.
I really wish Tested would do an episode or a short of Still Untitled in 360* just so I can explore the prop cabinets while they're talking.
I always feel so inspired after an episode of Still Untitled.. Then I realize that I have no time and no money to make anything.
If she is replacing Will I am on board!
Heh, Will.I.Am.
I don't like Will Smith, always trying to get his son into movies and it just makes it so unwatchable.
yeah, I dont like the site as much with Will gone. She's great but Will gave a better contrast because he fortunately didnt grow up in California. California is like the opposite of Texas, too far out there to appeal to the rest of the country on a daily basis but still the kinda Bat Shit Crazy that makes this a great country....

She is Swedish and grew up in Sweden and China.
hey I'm okay if she replaces will. She's chill
Adam your Shop and all your Things are Awsome !
As a comment to the discussion about having plans. "If

This was a really fun episode :) great chemistry between them. ^__^
And Simone is correct, we are like siblings, rivalry with love :-)
awesome, just awesome
SIMONE! YAAAAAAS!
Wow she already sounds like Valley girl :-)
just your normal typical blonde
That's what happens when you learn English from US television
Many girls in Stockholm sound a lot like Valley Girls even when speaking Swedish.
At least her English does not have a strong Swedish accent - that would have made me cringe (more than I already do).
Actually, it sounds like she learned it from Canadian television.
I would love to see a video on Adam's R2.
oh she used to live in SF, omg...
welcome Simone!
Excellent ear Charles. I think you are correct. Her hands clapping robot is kind of fun.
I so want to see a robot that imitates all the annoying things cats do now. One day build? Puppetry challenge and robotics?
She is superb. Miss Will, but Simone is simply awesome! That is all...
Adam, I've heard about Club Workshop in Denver, CO. It looks like an awesome place to visit.
Adam's grandfather story..... Claxton Biggsbe anyone
SHE'S FINNALLY HERE
Glad to see Simone finally bring her insane brain to Tested. Is it me or does the camera make Norm look like a bobble head? That lense doesn't help much haha
that food texture Adam talks about is called "ha-gotae" ("teeth feel") - useful term.
@donttrythis on Failure big or small...remember, Edison didn't fail 1000 times to create the light-bulb, it was an invention with 1000 steps.
Would love to be a part of the team!
Norm - Keep up the keeping-them-on-trackness! HAHA
Simone - Gorgeous in so many ways.
Adam - My "obsessive maker of things" hero!
Love you guys - keep up the good work!
adam , please tell me you're visiting casey neistat in new york .
