Didn't the NBA just have 2 black coaches in the finals, one with no previous head coaching experience, win the chip. Of all the league, the NBA has been the league of opportunity for all regardless of race. Plenty of black coaches have skipped the line in the NBA, as well as other coaches of different ethnicities. They have more minorities in executive positions than all the other leagues combined.
